  1. I love little Jessica...that was a shocker
  2. Yep, the only one with (seemingly) any awareness at all on the guys side is Troy. Jay was a complete idiot last night...he was the one LAST week who thought the girls might be targeting the guys behind their backs, so what does he do? "Oh, you know, Troy has an idol and pretty sure he's going to play it...you girls aren't going to be mean to me and vote me out right?" What a DUMBASS.
  3. lol, no doubt...This might be the most interesting "reunion" show after the finale this year...it's going to be fun listening to some of the explanations of why they did what they did... I actually thought that by mixing things up a few times early on that initial alliances wouldn't stick...it seemed like that was the case, but then it snapped right back to the original men vs women...
  4. Yep, hopefully if she ends up being the most deserving, the jury won't get all butt-hurt like they often do and vote for the less-deserving player out of spite. I think she and Troy are the ones who are most engaged in game play right now...hopefully they'll both stick around a while, cause I can't imagine some of these other morons making it to the end.
  5. Okay, that's who I figured you meant. She's a strong player, I agree.
  6. Which one is she again? The blonde who was featured as the ring leader in last night's episode? If that's who you're referring to, I can see that...she is clearly thinking about the big picture, but at the same time she was one idiot (Tarzan) away from having that self-inflicted blindside I mentioned above. That would have been great
  7. The Russians were great. Can you put in spoiler tags some more details about which plot points you're referring to that didn't get developed? I'm trying to think back and figure out what you're referring to (?)
  8. Tarzan is a complete moron. If he had any clue at all, that would have been one of the best tribals ever...the women nearly orchestrated a self-inflicted blind side lol. And although the women are clearly smarter, they are pathetic. The one chick (who was stuck to Colton's balls when he was in the game) said something like, "we were fine without the men in the beginning, we don't need them now." Really?? So it wasn't actually the women who were begging the men for fire and shelter early on in the game? It wasn't the women who were on the verge of quitting when the rain was pouring down on top of them? Give me a break... At this point in the game, can you really say that anyone is deserving of the title "sole survivor"?
  9. I loved that it's based on a true story. Supposedly Doug Smith himself signed off on the finished product, so I can only assume that much of the events - even if they are sort of embellished for the sake of the movie (assuming, anyway) - are probably true. BTW, if you guys check it out, watch through the credits for some archival footage of Doug Smith's playing days. Thanks for putting that one on my radar...I'm a big fan of Kevin Smith, so I expect it'll be an entertaining flick "Average of 1,367 Ratings: 3.9"
  10. That's exactly how you find a player like Jason Taylor. Doesn't happen a lot, but I would never fault the team for drafting a productive pass rusher with a mid-to-late pick, regardless of his size.
  11. Yep, he's got an amazing voice...this week wasn't my favorite performance for him, but in past weeks he's been unreal. I was hanging out with a lady friend on Monday, and we happened to watch a little of "The Voice"...for as critical as I've been of the talent on Idol this year, it absolutely KILLS the talent on the voice. I was so bored that we ended up turning it off and watching Pawn Stars. Idol started off slow for me, but now that we're down to the final six or seven, you can see that these kids can bring it. Colton has grown on me the most. I didn't care for him at all when he got some air time last season, but this year he's been doing a great job, IMO.
  12. I loved it. I have to admit, this was the best Idol show I've seen in a good while. I loved Colton's performance, I thought little Jessica killed it, and as you mentioned, the duet with Elise and Phillip was great.
  13. It definitely had some funny parts...and I give Sean William Scott credit, cause he didn't overact like he typically does. He was directed well and I thought he did a great job in the role. I don't think this will take it's place among the venerable classic sports films that we often talk about and quote around these parts, but it's worth a viewing for sure.
  14. Because this guy isn't going to be a top pick. He won't go until day 2, so there will be little to no expectations. If you can find a productive pass rusher, even if he's a one-down player, with your 4th pick or later, I'd say you're doing pretty well. Picking a project with a mid-to-late pick makes sense...picking one with your rd 1 pick is a huge risk.
  15. I saw this one listed on the Amazon Roku channel, so I looked it up on RT and saw that it had a surprisingly high rating. I'm always a sucker for a lower budget sports flick, and I thought the supporting cast (Liev Schreiber, Jay Baruchel) was strong. I had a lot of fun with it, and I think with all the hockey fans on TBD it makes for a good suggestion. If you check it out, post your thoughts below!
  16. No, it's completely different.
  17. I just saw Mayock talking about him today...pretty sure he's in his top-100. Was saying how he's not an every down player, but that in today's NFL he's valuable having just one skill - pass rush. Looked really quick in the combine clips they were showing, and seems like he's got the sort of frame where he could add some muscle.
  18. That's your "great memory"?
  19. I'd like to learn more about his stats in and out of the pocket. I think it was Charlie Casserly who was saying that his passing numbers were FAR worse when he was in the pocket vs when he was outside of it. That being said, I've seen enough lately that I hope we get a shot at him in the 4th round or later.
  20. BRING IT BITCHES!!!!!!!!!!!
  21. He probably says "one of the worst hires", because clearly the next jackass who hires this douchebag Petrino will have committed the WORST hire.
  22. Can you put like a "?" at the end of the title or something
  23. Appreciate that. I usually get contacted about once every couple months, so if Alaska shows up I'll check with you about it.
  24. I'll have to see if there is a hospital or facility listed next time. It's basically a recruiter service I'm signed up with, and whenever my qualifications meet a job description, I'm contacted by a recruiter. Last time I got a tentative offer, it required pediatrics and homey don't play that. The main areas I get notifications from are Alaska, Texas, and New Mexico. I usually don't pay a ton of attention to them since I'm pretty happy where I work now, but I'll see what area the next one from Alaska is.
