  1. It's a good question by the OP. If the Bills win the SuperBowl this year (or next / etc), by pure logic that 08' class should be the best team ever because no other class has made it to that level. But what about the 90's team ? Really ? I'm am french, and I would do the parralel with the french soccer team. They won the world cup in 1998, and made it to the "finale" (kind of Superbowl) in 2006 with about the same players. Most of us say the 1998 class was the best french team ever. (world cup takes place every 4 years) I think the year we won we were lucky if you see the games (but the finale that was a perfection) But I'm not sure, my heart say no. Because I remind of the 1982-86 class. The Platini era. That team had a lot of stars and made twice in a row to the semi finals. I clearly remind this 82 game against Germany. Score 1-1 by the end of regulation. Then in OT we score twice (in soccer in OT the winner is decided by the end of OT, no 'just the 1st to score win it'), and then the biggest no-no in world cup history, a blatent foul no called by the ref and a french player severely injured ; all the momentum went down and Germany put 2 scores in a small span of time, and won on the penalties. Next world cup, semi final against Germany again. I think that team(class) never recovered from the 1st loss and the way it had lost. That team was clearly designed to win it all. Like the 90's Bills I would add. That feeling is strange. Just my 2 cents.
  2. too much thinking is sometimes bad
  3. confirmed on NFL.com
  4. does someone has a link of this game ? thanks a lot
  5. ok, may be i am not well awakened. but if you mean some NHL or NFL franchise from buffalo or not come in Paris, France, it won't be until year 2150 at least. american Football is as well known as crocket here, and very minor interest to hocket. noboby even knows who won the last SB / is joe montana / etc not a chance
  6. i was planning to go there, but already 500k requests for a 80k stadium ? what's your source oliver ?
  7. guess it will be colts against bears, and in this game all depends about pressure on Rex Grossman. i see colts 31 - 17 bears interception return by colts on 3rd quarter, and then no more points for anyone
  8. i personaly respect the patriots, but i don't support them, and i want them to loose against the Colts. for 2 reasons : - patriots have won enough SB - the colts must win a sb before the bills come in the top in a few years and don't cut them.
  9. crack abuse ?
  10. casa 1 : not agree. If you don't blow the entire remaining time to make the TD. case 2 : i completely agree with it. Should be the way to go. But you know, it seems football nowadays is not a team sport but an individual sport...
  11. 852358[/snapback] you pay to see the game, right ? people around you also pay to see the game, right ? you paid the right to see the game inside the stadium, not the right to do anything you want inside it. what about a 6'3 feet tall standing in the seat in front of you having a big banner and blocking your view for about 75% of the game ? Won't you be annoyed ? Would he have the right to say "!@#$ you a$$haul i have paid my ticket" ? i can't stand fuk ing selfich people like you.
  12. guys you see this game as the most important one in the year. the most important one is the game on the last sunday of january. sure, it is a big game, a win in it could bring a lot confidence for the team, but that's not a "finalité".
  13. Although i'msure my heart will be broken in pieces in january, from what i see (well... not see but read actually), i still believe every year the Bills will win that fééé@cking superbowl, although my mind tell me 'woo they might go into playoffs but no SB this year', i see very good things in that team, it will be too, i guess it's back on track, but well, guess i'm drunk too (french wine very good here and cheap price) so

  16. Seattle looks good, but i still see them as a weak team ; can't remove this image of my head. Pittsburg wins by 6.
