Cathy Lane passed today also. Very weird. Like long time married couples passing within hours of each other.

For those who want a new stadium... Test Run

I Thank You but I would not say closer but the cost is less. My overhead is higher. Where you park one restroom. I provide 6 restrooms 2 for women only use so women do not have their face near the " purse holder" after it is used. The lot is cleaned up while my customers are in the game so they do not drive over glass and other trash. If there is coals on the ground a magnet sweep is preformed. The last game, Jets, most of the lawn lots were closed due to wet grounds. I put down fabric and rock on part of my lot ($5,000)providing a solid base. My customers knew I would be able to provide them with a spot unlike the cheaper lawn lots. Hammers Lot is not for everyone. From give aways, former Bills, A documenter was filmed there (another will premiere in August partly shot in the lot) Weather Channel interviewed tailgaters for 3 hours last season, to the Ralph Wilson Thank You banner photo op., to some of the most friendly, sharing tailgaters, to the $500 Omaha Steak Gift card winner to the 2 time Jack Daniels Tailgate Award winning party to the unique parking receipt this year, to the cheerleaders, to Baby Joe Mesi, to the WGR tailgater winner this year, to the bands to the ..... I would disagree with your statement that "folks are paying more for less at Hammers Lot" He is getting up there in age, 99 years old. He is official retired. Living a dogs life! -

One of our property's has had reserved parking since the stadium opened. -
The Bills did a retrofit when the dug out suites were put in. Fans were reseated. It worked out. All businesses want to make as much as they can and keep their customers happy. That's basic business 101. But what are my expenses to get there. The lower my debt, the more I make. Concerning one of my businesses, if I buy a brand new piece of equipment at $20,000 or a used piece at $10,000 and can get the job done/ happy customer, I'm going for the $10,000 my happy wallet. I know people who sit in Terry's Penn State football suite to personaly guard him when needed. Everyone describes him as a down to earth guy with a lot of money. So a question could be is he more a business man (new stadium) and its debt load or is he connected to the Ralph (retro) emotionally, the stadium he watch Bills football in, and to honor Ralph and its smaller debt load. We will see in 3-4 years.

Do you take the bus to the Ralph now? As far as I know buses don't run on Sunday. Trains some of the rail lines could work others have had bridges and rails removed so they would have to be rebuilt. How come they have not been rebuilt/used already? Where's the cash to open main st in da Buff? I'll help you with the answer as I have gone to meetings. It's called ISTEA funding. We USED to be level 1 not now. Write your congress man. What size? Thank You. Thank You Very Much. -
.Thry need to WIN so they can generate $$$ NFL avg ticket $85 Bills $64. The Bills on average have been $20 lower than avg. How can they charge more with no playoffs meaning winning. I have had parkers whose are very successful business men, who had suites since the opening game drop their suites not because of the price, they got tired of supporting a losing team.

You miss read. Concerts FNC there are to many Convention venues already across the land. Quick, when was the last motorcross/monster truck event held in Da Ralph? 25-30-35-40 years ago? And I did give thumps up on the 2 Types of football. Track events there goes great sight lines, Maybe you missed the thread about the track at the UB football stadium making the game day experience poorer. They should rent binoculars ala Jerrys palace! I can't wait till spring of 2017 when the stadium topic will reappear. The 4 stadium sites are just suggestions, I know of a 5th site. Let's see what happens in 3-4 years.

$75 Cowboys $50 Skins Pats, Bears Seahawks. I heard there is limited parking spots available in other cities that have downtown (DT) stadiums. If there was a Buff DT stadium very limited supply near it with 3-4 times the demand. FNC holds around 18,000 a dt stadium 60,000 plus. I remember the NCAA tourney in Buff a couple of years ago. A lot near the FNC was charging $50. Just as a reminder, I am only triing to help people get acclimated to higher parking, tickets, f and d, souvenirs, etc, prices now so they don't get new stadium sticker shock! Yep No but I will boat Watch his Yatch when he is not in FLA -

No moat but could provide electrified barb wire to ring around your spot -
With a new stadium of course pricing will go up, I think we can all agree on that and some of the posters have no problem with that. So as everyone knows I'm all about the TBD community, To help you prove your not all hot air and are "All In", I will provide you with a unique opportunity, years ahead of its time. $50 per car per game parking. Don't delay. This is a limited opportunity so don't delay. So sign up today.

What does a player care about the stadium except for playing surface. He would care about the practice facilities which there was a huge upgrade done in the renovations, looker rooms, cafeteria, Doubling the size of the weight room, etc. And perhaps soon an announcement of something else which a player might be interested in.

I've never parked on your friends lot but I would guess it fits 10 cars. Are you in marketing or sales by chance?
