It’s kind of sad this is the Super Bowl rematch. Both these teams are poop.

I think Dawson Knox and Spencer Brown would be good captain additions to Josh on offense. Defense is harder to pick - Chubb makes a lot of sense as does Benford.

I think the interesting part of this transaction is that they are keeping both punters for this last preseason game - Does Wishnowsky actually have a shot to stick?

As a fun hypothetical, what does the crowd think that James Cook’s trade value would be? He’s in his prime in every way - would another team consider giving more than a 1st rounder?

I just rewatched Ty’s bills highlights to get myself re-excited with him. His 2024 highlights are quite a bit better than his 2025 highlights. He also seems bigger now than he was in his special 2024 season where he had great speed and always seemed to get around the edge. I don’t think the Bills will cut him but I do think he’s someone to watch closely the first half of the season and see if he’s still the playmaker they need him to be.

I don’t think I need to see the Bills starters anymore this preseason. They should be very choosy with who they put in these last 2 pre-season games.

Good for him, these second chance QB stories have been a good storyline for the NFL.

Maybe Beane will name him the next GM. I thought that was a part of Von’s plan last time he came here.

With his 2-point conversion in week 17 against the bills, he was the last player to score points in the old stadium. Maybe they just wanted to have him stop by and see the old place one last time before it’s all cleaned up.

With David Edwards getting 15 mil per season I’d imagine that’s the floor of what Cy is looking to get. I predict the Bills let the season play out and let him walk.
