  1. Ah yes Robert Bork, who argued the Civil Rights Act was government overreach. Not exactly democracy's most credible prophet. You want to discuss "judicial oligarchy"? Let's examine the facts: A hard-right Supreme Court appointed by Trump 1.0 who lost the popular vote and confirmed by a Senate representing a minority of Americans is now dismantling decades of precedent against the majority's wishes. Dobbs: 61% of Americans support legal abortion. Bruen: most Americans favor stronger gun regulations, not weaker ones. Let's be clear: this isn't about the will of the people. You're not opposed to judicial oligarchy itself. You're frustrated when it doesn't align with your preferences. You're not good at coping even when your party controls all of DC.
  2. Donald Trump is a felon. So, how about you take a seat.
  3. How does anyone know you're a citizen? Any would that matter?
  4. Where’s Judge Cannon when you need her most?
  5. This whole thread is adorable.
  6. Today, like every day, we are reminded that you are not just a joke you're the whole ***damn punchline. A walking L. If ignorance was a skill, you'd be a ***** prodigy
  7. The Sons of Liberty fought against tyranny and corruption. Trump's attempts to overturn an election and attack democratic institutions represent exactly what they opposed. They championed democratic principles and liberty for all, not strongman rule benefiting elites. Try again.
  8. Happy Easter Start the war get a reward.
  9. Nice try but comparing illegal immigration to sneaking into Disneyland is a massive stretch. Disneyland is a private business that can kick you out for any reason it’s not the constitution at play here. No one wants people here illegally, but good luck stopping it. At the end of the day, the laws exist to protect you. If you were yanked off the street, shoved on a plane, and thrown in some third-world jail, how would we know you're not a citizen? Or do you think you're safe just because of the color of your skin? Newsflash: white citizens have already received emails from the government telling them to leave. So don’t kid yourself - no one’s untouchable.
  10. Due process has been chilling in the Constitution since the Bill of Rights, but it took the 5th and 14th Amendment to remind states that they actually have to play by the rules. Funny how conservatives didn’t bat an eye when the Supreme Court wiped out Roe after 50+ years of precedent but now, suddenly, due process that’s been there since forever is a bridge too far. The law is the law, folks. When they start cherry-picking the Constitution like a bible and ignoring what doesn’t fit their agenda, get ready - your rights are next. Oh wait, they already are coming for them.
  11. Oh, I’m sorry, did Trump’s handpicked judges just side with the Constitution instead of your feelings? How tragic.
  12. Unfortunately, the Constitution isn’t in the business of coddling feelings it’s too busy being the rock-solid foundation of the law. Sorry, not sorry.
  13. Oh, they love the Constitution right up until it doesn't line up with their latest agenda. It's like their favorite accessory when it's convenient, that is.
  14. This disaster is about to implode.
