  1. I think that Marv and co. made a great deal in acquiring two thirds and a 7th for Willis. He just blew for us (Don't get me wrong though, when he is motivated, he is pro-bowl material) hit hit the whole slower than Helen Keller would. In fact, I don't remember a time when he juked anybody. With that being said, let's talk replacements. I think the only FA that has a chance to sign with Buffalo is Chris Brown. He is only 25, and he is decent at best. But, with the 2 3rd round picks, the Bills can find a quality back. ESPN's Michael Smith said they'd trade for backs like: Barber/Jones, Williams/Foster, etc. With that being said, I would trade two 3rds for a guy like Marion Barber any day of the week!
  2. The fans better boo the sh-- out of him! I think that the Ralph should have a give away, too. The first 5,000 fans get a little baby, and whenever Willis gets the ball, the fans can wave the baby in the air.
  3. The Ravens could be pursuing a trade for Willis McGahee. Both the Baltimore Sun and Scout.com mention Tuesday that Baltimore's interest in McGahee is heating up. Jamal Lewis could be out of a starting gig, if true. The Bills are hosting Dominic Rhodes and Chris Brown Tuesday, possibly as a precursor to a deal. Mar. 6 - 2:53 pm et hmmmmmm......
  4. Yea, I can see this guy startin next year.
  5. Ryan Fowler is a RFA Linbacker for the Cowboys. He was undrafted that so the cowboys would get no compensation for him. He is only 24, he went to Duke (smarts!), and he put up 24 tackles in 16 games. I think he would be an exceptional special teamer who could compete for the starting MLB job. O yea, and he also put up 225 35 times when he was at the combine. http://www.nfl.com/players/playerpage/504605 High Character
  6. Williams Staying; Shelton Leaving? WGR is reporting that the Bills have agreed to a two year deal with restricted free agent Shaud Williams and that the team has decided not to re-sign unrestricted free agent Daimon Shelton. The Bills have not commented on those reports. Shelton is an aging veteran who saw his play slip a bit last year. Williams re-signing would be a slight surprise as he was inactive for most games last season.
  7. exactly!! Nobody can predict Marv's next moves, and yet all of his moves work out well! IN MARV WE TRUST!
  8. FLETCHER DEAL NOT DONE? Although there are rampant rumors that the Washington Redskins have reached a deal with Bills middle linebacker London Fletcher, a source close to Fletcher says that a final decision has not been made. The Redskins, Patriots, Lions, and Bills are interested in Fletcher, and the source says that the Bills currently are the favorites to land London, with the Redskins at No.2 on the list. Ideally, however, the Bills should have the exclusive ability to negotiate with Fletcher until Friday. But that's simply not how it works in the NFL anymore; virtually every team violates the prohibition on tampering when the time comes to talk to pending free agents. Indeed, we're not aware of a single team that doesn't get an early start on chatting with players who technically are the property of others. http://www.profootballtalk.com/rumormill.htm Hey, he may not be the youngest, but he is the leader of this defense!! I think JR In Ann Arbor is giving his info to PFT now!
  9. The one thing that I don't get is... How is Kelsay making all of this money, but still having the same role?!?
  10. Now that Kelsay is re-signed, I can really see Hargrove Moving to DT. He was a very talented rotational guy, and I thought he was going to be Kelsay's replacement. But now that Kelsay cashed in, what will Hargrove be doing? He is listed at 272, I could see him putting on about 15 ilbs, and making an impact as a DT.
  11. I'm been searchin for a video of him since I heard his name... Great find! London Fletcher who?!?
  12. Personally, I think Marv is doing an excellent job. Let's face it, Buffalo isn't a Free Agent's dream destination. So Marv doesn't go after the guys with the all talent that have bigger price tags than Donald Trumps elaborate wigs(Like Tom "I blow" DonaHOE). Instead, he goes after the high character, "winners". All of the players he signed and drafted bought into the system, and for the most part, played well. All of these pessimists call the guy senile. Well, I'm not the brightest bulb in the box, so I don't know what senile means. But if a senile person is a person who hires a coach that all players love to play under, trades a 5th round pick for a very good player, and drafts future Pro Bowlers, then one day, I hope to be just as senile as Marv Levy!
  13. look on the bright side, at least Tank Johnson didn't shoot him.
  14. I'd take him any day of the week, but Marv will have to offer him some big bucks to get him out of Tennessee.

  16. Im not so sure Detroit would do that. Jones may be out half the year, but he is a good back.(I'd trade McGahee for Jones though). But with Millen, anything could happen.
  17. No cool guy it isn't!!! I'd rather take the opinion of other Eagle players than some f!@#&*ing fans. Get a grip maybe your wrong!!
  18. http://www.philadelphiaeagles.com/team/tea...ails.jsp?id=305 Roderick Hood is better than most of the scrub FA cbs. If you're such an eagle expert, then why the he!! are you on this board?!?
  19. My guess is Roderick Hood. I've done some homework on this guy and he is the type of player Marv loves. A ton of upside and will come relatively cheap compared to the other corners available.
  20. http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/2007/foot...s.ap/index.html
  21. Youboty sat out becuase he missed ALL of training camp (his mom died.) With a full off-season and training camp, he will be able to start next year. He probably won't be able to play at the Clements-like caliber, but he'll be good.
  22. Very nice, I agree 100% about Kelsay, I think Marv should be wise not to spend a lot of cash on him.
  23. Thanks man, I'll be sleeping well tonight!
