That's the design of a WR screen - it is a quick play to get the ball out there as fast as possible because they have numbers. Meaning the WRs blocking are equal to the DBs in the area. It's like a running play, and vastly different from a RB screen using offensive lineman. The way Josh throws it is only in the interest of speed first and accuracy second. Mechanics are probably going to be compromised a bit.

I'll state it in a different way - if we're not changing coach/GM any time soon, why keep the same big money QB pulling down the rest of your roster? Josh's style of play does not match the coach/GM vision for their team. If it did, they would have invested in their offense first and often. Get a cheap game manager, reset the timeline, and try again. The band-aid, sad sack mash unit approach ain't gonna work.

How do you support minimum wage laws when you take this stance? Immigrants won't drive up labor costs equally? Or is that why you want them to remain "illegal", so you can pay them under the table?

I'm starting to really like Ty Simpson's game at Alabama. I think he'll be the next Brady and I could be talked into a trade for a couple of 1st round picks from a bottom feeder org. Even the Jets & Dolphins would be a consideration. Reset the 4-5 year window with a true pocket passer that won't consistently pass up open receivers in crunch time (see the last offensive plays from 2024 (Shakir) and 2023 (Diggs)). For all of Josh's strengths, he gets tunnel vision at the wrong times.
