Ronald McDermott sucks. Instead of hiring a defensive coordinator from within who would run his shiddy zone defense we should have went outside the org and got a fresh perspective. Nope, instead we will get the same results over and over. After 13 seconds a significant change should have been made. We will never win with this clown. Unfortunately, I fear we will figure it out well past prime Josh and it will be much too late.

It really doesn’t matter who we trade for, we will get excited which will lead to disappointment when we refuse to throw the ball to our new toy.
