Give it a rest. You guys are all over the Bills for conservative play-calling, they make a gutsy call when the clock is going to stop for the 2:00 warning and you're all over them? JP should have a BRAIN and realize what his responsibility is on that play, THROW IT AWAY if anyone is near you, he's the IDIOT and if he starts next week the Bills should fire Jauron immediately.

Do we FINALLY have a consensus? How many times do we have to see Losman play over the years before the knuckleheads on this board get a clue and stop defending him? He is a terrible QB and nobody will even give this clown a backup job, he is done with football. I don't care who's calling the plays JP is a loser and possibly the worst QB we've ever had.

I really like Collinsworth, he makes fellow ex-player commentators like Emmitt Smith and Jaworski sound like complete morons and calls a much better game. How many times can you stand listening Jaworski tell us how much he hates running QBs, or his 'chalk'talk' breakdowns of the most simplistic plays that any idiot can figure out? But, he doesn't look at the balance sheet or sign the checks in Buffalo. Everyone agrees they'd prefer all the games in Buffalo, but for the amount of money we got I'll take the game in Canada. If we even sign one extra FA or we get to keep the team in Buffalo it's worth it.

Do you know we don't run the 'Tampa 2'? Even when we do run the cover-2, it's still not the same system. Generalizing our defence is wrong just because we run cover-2 at times. Do you have a stat on missed tackles, because I've seen him miss too many. I see the back of his jersey chasing someone far too often (when he's overrun a play). How about speed in pursuit, I've thought he looked slower than he should on more than one occasion. When has he _ever_ delivered a Ray Lewis/Ed Reed type hit and knocked a RB backwards?

He's the middle LB, he should be leading in tackles. That doesn't change the fact that he's mediocre. As the original poster said, key on him and then key on other 'great' middle LB'ers in the league, Poz is an ok LB but not the great one we thought we had when we drafted him.

Yes, I remember the play you're talking about, you could see two guys WIDE open across the middle. The only problem with taking those throws (if JP had decent decision making to see them) is that he can't hit them. His accuracy on slants and short touch passes is as bad as any QB I've ever seen. Maybe he tried the bomb because he normally hits those better than anything else? (except for yesterday) I seriously think he could be finished, I'm not sure anyone will even give him a deal. He's in that space where he's not a reliable vet and there are serious doubts he has any development left in him.

I disagree, I'm happy the games will be played in Toronto. As much as the Ralph is a better venue for us, the money that we get from this is what we need to compete for FAs and make sure the Bills stay in Buffalo. Without Toronto the chance of the Bills moving is that much higher.

Wow, do you have access to a PVR? I do, even though it's painful, you can count at least 5 plays (where the camera gives you the ability) where JP totally misses a wide open receiver, or waits too long and misses him. Two in particular were two deep throws, one being the one you mentioned to Evans. There is a receiver (I'll double check but I think it's Reed) WIDE open 10-15 yards directly in the middle of the field coming across. I'm sorry but JP was (dare I say) even worse than any game Edwards has played this year. Yes, there were some dropped balls, but this guy is so inconsistent and unpredictable there will never be a team that will get any rhythm with him at QB. I honestly feel he's not even good enough to be a backup in this league.

I still say Trent Edwards will be a great QB in this league, and JP will be a career clipboard holder. You can quote me on both.

No we don't, get a clue. If you had ever watched a QB develop in the NFL you'd realize spending a high draft pick on a QB at this stage is ridiculous. Trent will be a very good QB in this league.

What is this notion of being 'superior'? I'm a Canadian and I think it's pointless and ridiculous to say 'we're superior'. How do you even define that, superior in what? I love my country, but I travel a lot and also love America, Germany, England, Austria, etc. There are good people everywhere and great countries everywhere, who really spends time thinking this way? The sad thing about America is the negative attitude that people sometimes have for Americans around the world -- this is a direct result of people not liking leaders like George Bush and then painting everyone in America with that same brush. I also have been a die-hard Bills fan for 20 years and really couldn't care for the CFL so there are some of us out here I've been to enough Bills games in Buffalo to know and understand how amazing gameday is in Buffalo so while I really hope the Bills never leave, I do think playing a few games in Toronto is important and a good thing that brings in much-needed revenue to the team so they can compete with the 'big markets'.

I'm sure that was intentional. I highly doubt the play wasn't designed to set the ball up on the left hash, everyone was aware the last run was just a setup for the field goal.
