    Well you smell it in cars all over the place already. Guess I'm not surprised. Not that a drive thru means you're more likely to smoke or partake in your car but I'm also not sayin you aren't. Smell of beer on you in a car or out in public and it's public intoxication. Smell of weed on you, in your car or in a store and we're all good. It's a double standard. Not that I'm advocating for public drunkeness either. I just get worried with drinking, texting and now smoking. I've got young drivers in my home. But hey I'm wrong I'm sure and there will be some who will mock me for my concern.  But I've lost two former students to this issue already so how excited should I be?

    This is mind blowing to me. Idk why. I've got to look up who was the oldest athlete to participate on a D1 sports team. Oh and play in a game. Kind of a fun topic.

    On a different subject, Steveson played for the Bills at 5'11" and 266 lbs. He was often listed at 6'1" as a wrestler but the tape measure shows otherwise.

     

    Not that it's the end all by any means but Hendrickson looked taller, longer, and heavier.

     

    And it probably didn't help that Steveson had taken time off from wrestling either.

     

    Wasn't he in the WWE professional "wrestling". My surprise is more along the lines of time away and age. Now I could probably look at that up but.... none of this ever occurred to me. I can't speak for anyone else but that's where my surprise comes from. 

    Can a 50 year old dude just go back to college and wrestle?  Truly I don't know lol. Basically for me this brings up questions I never knew I had.

    I had a dream that i was in my HS football team. Maybe i still can be. I'll have to look into that.

    I don't know what the article says but I don't think living a happy life is in the cards for me.   When you live with someone who has the emotional stability of a cat it tends to beat you down after a while. I look forward to Mondays when everyone else in working for the weekend

    I'd say it's more of average to below average player's adventure to stay in the league. These guys have contracts. If they don't live up to the contract with the current team then like all other jobs....good luck at your next one. Sometimes a free agent can also Be a great player that a team just can't afford or want to get younger at. But wouldn't say it's just a gimmick to create buzz. Although that's exactly what it does.

    Agree. And as far as absurdity goes, we get a ton of those too. The guys on WGR were talking about it yesterday or today. Unrealistic, sure, but The 49rs are kind of like an estate sale right now. I'm sure the OP heard that and thought it'd make a fun convo.
