There might not be much choice in the matter, they'll have about 9M in cap space post June 1st, with a bit over 5M to sign the rookies. Doubtful that a Michael Thomas or an OBJ type of player is signing for less than 4M per season imo but who knows, it should be interesting to see what the plan is.

For sure. I'm anxious to see how it turns out. I'm hoping we can double dip at WR in the draft this year.

They have filled Gabes spot imo with Samuel, he was the #2 WR in Carlolina when Brady was OC.

I can see that. I'm thinking that they see Samuel as the player they've been trying to fill in since McKenzie got let go. Swiss army kinda WR. Either way I'm sure CS will be #1a/1b with Shakir. There's no way a rookie is coming in as the solid #1.

  3. Bump so we can get our answer and I can sleep tonight.

Also I realized One of my favorite movies and my football team have a crossover.

I'm just pointing out that the guy that won the last 2 is busy training and hungry for more and our guy is not. Just an observation. But I will refrain from posting on this topic anymore as it seems to be upsetting to hear. But the point remains.

Gabe's not there anymore, I wonder who the new workout warrior will be. Interested to see the vids when they get posted!

I totally understand. I have hope that even though we see a ton of Golf Josh, that he is still doing football things too. I think with Mahomes, the media wants us to see how he got so great and how he keeps up with his craft. With Josh, the media seems

to want us to see how his dating and golf life is. It's much like Diggs. We all get fed the negative and cryptic stuff but the stories about Diggs walking to Hamilton in the hospital and is community work doesn't get talked about when the media wants the narrative to be that Diggs wants out and is a cancer. Really we'll never know so it's all hard to say. I chose to live in the gray areas where there is probably some bit of truth on both sides of everything.

I'm dumb for pointing out that Mahomes is working out every day? Yes I guess I'm the problem

It's really a timing thing. It's not that what you said was right or wrong, it's more about you standing alone and saying it. Wait until after a loss perhaps.

I don't know either. But searching those two names, he looks at lot more like Eli Ankou. I could be convinced it's him

Diggs liked a tweet, probably an emotional response, and Bills Mafia can’t let it go. Tough look.

Dawkins will be a great politician, lol.

It's a microcosm of life these days.

The 49ers aren’t trading him to a SB threat.

The Bengals are not trading Higgins to an AFC threat absolutely no way.

Even if we had multiple firsts to give they wouldn’t do it.

I just don’t understand why we entertain ideas like this.

Maybe because we just traded our #1 to an AFC threat that's also a SB threat. I'm it happens. Not that I think it will.

Who was the elite WR in KC last season?

I understand what you're saying and I don't believe for a second that KC doesn't want that to change. We also don't have the luxury of a Reed, a Travis Kelsey or that defense that they had last year either but going back to my point. As great as Allen is, it's not cool to not have elite WRs unless we want to keep watching dropped balls and miscommunication.

Dolphins: have Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle, made an offer to OBJ, and have been linked to Xavier Worthy and Ricky Pearsall in the pre-draft process.

Jets: Have Garrett Wilson and Mike Williams, but might draft Brock Bowers or Rome Odunze

Chiefs: Have Travis Kelce and Rashee Rice, but signed Hollywood Brown and will likely draft a receiver high.

Bengals: Have JaMarr chase and Tee Higgins, may draft an offensive playmaker high.

Bills: ....likely to stay put or trade down and take the 7th or 8th best receiver in the class to pair with Curtis Samuel and Khalil Shakir?

I understand the argument for the "Packers model", but it's hard to see some of the other AFC teams doing all they can to get premium weapons, and then consider the notion of the Bills maybe just being happy with whatever's left at 28. I know no one knows anything yet, and it's too early for this talk, but...Bills fans and everyone else in the football watching world have been talking for three offseasons now about getting Josh more help. If their version of that is to jettison Stefon Diggs and then trade down into the 2nd to draft whoever's left at WR....color me slightly worried that that mission will have been accompished.

I'm 100% with you here. I don't like the thought that Buffalo would be cool with taking a chance on later round guys.
The whole "As long we have Josh it doesn't matter who our receivers are" thought flies in the face of the Josh and Diggs are better off without each other" hot take that I've been hearing.
My point is. We need elite talent at WR just like all these other teams have (and what you're stating above).

We don’t want Josh to dip when that opportunity presents itself. Something is going to have to happen in a Bills uniform very soon for him to feel like he’s got a foot in the ground of this city and football community. I don’t think he’s there yet, so that’s an unknown that itches me.

Obviously, a Super Bowl win and we’re all happy. But if he doesn’t have some unique game or season or playoff win, or a streak or something more than what’s already been a brilliant statistical career,, I’m a little concerned. What’s going to make him say that he wants to retire a Buffalo Bill?

If he goes 15 years without a Super Bowl win here in Buffalo, I’ll be okay because the alternative would be quarterback searching. Basically, I want Josh to get this done. And I don’t want a lack of appreciation from true Bills fans to screw that up.

I agree here. I've thought about this before and wondered if there is anytime soon that the fan base turns on Josh or at least the loud online crowd.

  12. This is all really ridiculous. Someone snaps at a teammate and we're all going nuts. Haven't we all snapped at friends, family and so forth?  The media really drove this one in my opinion. I'm not saying there wasn't other issues, but to spend so much time talking about someone yelling at someone seems too wimpy.

    "We're feared competitors out here"

"it's a tough game for tough people"

"Just please don't yell at me. I can't take it".
