Beane yelling at the radio hosts, whose job is to discuss the Bills for hours each day, was embarrassing. They made the same comments last year, and Beane ended up wasting a third-round pick on a washed-up Amari Cooper. Either Beane or McDermott needs to go if the team doesn't make a Super Bowl appearance this year. Nothing changes if nothing changes.
Especially after the 2024 Free Agent and draft class were all complete busts; hopefully 2025 is better.
Agree. Not a whole lot of people care to remember (or listen to the show that day) that Jeremy and Joe spent 95% of the show talking up the draft and the picks. Beane gets on after hearing ONE comment and he goes on a radio tour laughing at local guys who actually support and know this team.

This is why McD will never be a top 10 head coach.

But history tells us that no coach /qb combo this long together will win a Super Bowl. So we’re waiting for improbability in my view. That’s why I was for moving on from him after :13 seconds
If I'm being honest. I feel like this is how it will play out with this coach and team. At the same time there are worse coaches out there and that's what will always keep him here....fear of getting a worse coach.

Fair or not McDermott will be judged by winning a Super Bowl. If he wins one, then he will be considered a legendary coach in WNY. If he doesn't then fans will be angry at Terry Pegula for keeping a coach who wasted Allen's career.
This is so true. We are pretty much waiting for hindsight to dictate how we feel about this guy when it's all said and done.

I actually think Cam's "student" co-host is what makes this video funny. Taking notes and acting like he doesn't understand football. That part was entertaining to me. When you can be funny without being obnoxious and keep in character...that's the stuff.

That's like saying Bill belichick gets no credit for developing Tom Brady because he's a defensive guy
He absolutely gets partial credit for helping develop Tom Brady and I 100% do not think Tom Brady would be Tom Brady if he got drafted anywhere else besides with belichick
Tom Brady left as a 40-year-old man a fully developed professional and won.. I don't think Tom Brady getting any other coach at 22 years old turns him into what he is
I understand what you're saying. I'll give you this. Yes McD has to have some credit for his development but that's it, some (I'm being difficult here I know). I think there's players out there that boom or bust regardless of coaching or draft status. Thats not all on the coaches. I have seen it many times where a fan or media will say something like "if Josh and Mahomes switched teams, Josh would have won a few rings by now". I think that's coaching AND great QB. Right now we only have a great QB. It's like Cam newton just said in his breakdown of Josh's play (ohh man I'm using Cam as an example lol). He said Buffalo wins because of Josh and his consistent elite play and without Josh buffalo wouldn't be anything. McD is supposed to be a defensive guru and our defense has let us down year in and out. He's not a QB guru.....thankfully. Right?

Josh Allen was not a surefire Superstar
He was one of the most polarizing draft prospects ever.. tons of professional scouts thought he was not good enough for the NFL
No Sean McDermott coaching and coming influence with Josh Allen's work ethic made a great team
It always takes two to tango
I don't think it was McD that coached him up. It was the staff surrounding him at the time, his own drive to be great, working with Palmer and so on. McD has a job because of Josh plain and simple. 13 seconds with another team and QB and McD is gone.

Josh Allen was nobody... Sean McDermott helped Josh Allen become a superstar
Why there's coaches... If you didn't need them players would just play and coach themselves
Sean helped develop Josh Allen
To quote Diggs. "Ya sure?"

There's being a top 10 coach and then there's having Josh Allen as your QB.

Somehow we the fans will end up paying for this in the end.

He always seems so sincere when he hugs the players on draft day
No one rocks back and forth while hugging and carries ill will.

Build a new stadium and then move the team?!!?!!
maybe the fact that I think this all sounds so ridiculous will be the very reason it happens. Who knows.

You can always ask people on here if they have extra tickets. I made a last minute trip to the area last summer to go to the races with my dad. I posted on here looking for tickets to a Sunday practice. Somebody on here hooked me up with a pair.
Not a bad idea!

With my luck, the only lottery I win will be for a friggin training camp ticket. It will thunderstorm that day.
We've had a rainy weekend every week since November where I live. So a thunderstorm for me seems like an instant winner.

I don't think we need more at WR either. I do believe we need more experienced blue chip talent at corner and Safety
I'm just for more talent anywhere I don't care where, but I hear ya.

Multiply All pros and pro-bowlers all over that team. Yet when we have people thinking we can get better at WR this fan base and management loses their crap. Getting good player is getting good players period. You don't stop trying because you had a great record the year before. Jmo. Not that it's worth anything.

I've pretty much given up the idea of ever going to camp again. It used to be a fun thing for my son and I but ever since the lotto ticket we've never been able to go.

So basically do I want 500 bucks or
my fav team to win thus bringing them more revenue with ticket sales and merch and so on, bigger contacts for certain player and on and on. 500 bucks is a joke these days.
