  1. Juan Carlos Vazquez blue check 114k followers Spanish Fox announcer for 18 Super Bowls just said Bills, Seahawks and Bucs called on CMC
  2. Toss Brian Burns in there and then we'll do it. (which won't happen) Moving Edmunds is not a win now move
  3. all you can do at this point is laugh when you see someone say they don't want to add elite talents
  4. Agreed, the Bills went way out of their way to tell Dan Fetes they did "NOT" reach out to the panthers. Then Tom P specifically mentions Bills. I'd say Bills don't want other contenders to know of their interest
  5. FWIW, I did see someone on Twitter claim their buddy who works for the Bills and previously worked for the Panthers is saying it will happen The person is a Raiders fan so has no agenda. They were challenged and verified with picture of a Bills official sideline shirt (person's name was covered) and a Carolina Panthers ball signed by many players on top of the Bills shirt.
  6. Either that or the Bills did.....because they don't want our players to know in case it doesn't happen / other teams to think we want him until it's too late
  7. There is a lot of smoke here. The "denial" from Tom P. which specifically mentions Bills is suspicious and wasn't needed. Dan Fetes isn't going to make up rumors. He's the news anchor for Rochester. Mike Florio seems to believe we're interested. Adam Caplan and Ryan Talbot have both stated the Bills were interested in McCaffrey in the offseason. As another poster pointed out, Beane sought to get Diggs and Von multiple times before landing them. Considering Beane previously said CMC was his best ever draft pick.... I'm sure he's tried multiple times since 2020 to acquire him It's likely Beane doesn't want the attention in case it doesn't happen / doesn't want other teams to believe the Bills are interested until it's too late Seems reasonable a deal could be done during our bye week
  8. Intriguing. I think I'd rather part with draft picks
  9. When your team is a SB favorite and you can add a top player, you look to do so.
  10. He's averaging over 100 scrimmage yards per game on a horrendous team
  11. Imagine that! GM's of top tier teams want to acquire more elite talent.....while posters here wring their hands in fear over giving up draft picks and the Salary Cap!
  12. This is why I'd give up a 1st + to keep him away from KC
  13. For starters, Defenses have to plan for another weapon on our offense who is currently averaging over 100 scrimmage yards per game with garbage around him. He's basically another receiving option with YAC and can also be your RB
  14. He is currently 8th in yards from scrimmage per game this year at 102 avg
  15. None of the $ is guaranteed and whoever gets him only has to pay around 600k this season
  16. Then either redo his deal or make it a 2nd and a 2024 3rd. They are going to want a lot for him and rightfully so.
  17. The acquiring team is only on the hook for an apprx 600k this season
  18. Adam Caplan stated we had strong interest in him in the offseason but he "wasn't available" Ryan Talbot also confirmed this today. Call me crazy if you want....I'd be willing to part with a 1st + 2024 4th + Moss to outbid other interested teams. No one will care in April that we don't have a 1st if it's pick # 32......
  19. None of which is guaranteed. He could easily have his deal re-done or be traded again I don't understand why so many fans are apprehensive about acquiring elite talent and trying to become as good as possible for a SB run.
