Agree. No ridicule from me. I appreciate the optimism. I don't have the same mindset myself though. I think we are out of the playoffs and have the off-season to get things straightened out. For that, I am optimistic that they will do that. Whether it's finding a new HC, getting good picks in the draft, getting Allen back to his old self, whatever it takes I feel confident they will figure it out. Unfortunately, I think we are too deep in the hole for this year.

I want to understand how elevating the QB coach who was you know, coaching Josh, to OC will help? Obviously he hasn't been doing a good job with Josh.

After I heard McDermott's presser and his comment about having good practices, I am over thinking they just need to fire Dorsey. They need to clean house, top to bottom and yes, the dreaded word: rebuild. Josh ain't getting any younger and needs an offensive-minded HC to get him back on track. Sorry Josh, but thinking everything will be okay because you've "done it before" doesn't track bub.

I'm so freaking nervous, I wish I drank! I really hope they have figured it out and come out guns blazing tonight. Does anyone wonder if they overcorrect too much? For example, Josh running the ball. He either is perceived to be doing it too much and risking injury or he doesn't run at all. I feel like they can't find a middle ground. He doesn't look like he's even having fun. None of them really do.
