How is it tainted when even if that play stood we could’ve won the game 😂

he was wayy Offside dude.  Idk if the unofficial blue line representing the LOS fooled you but these other ‘examples’ of players lined up Offside weren’t nearly as bad. Also, a wr lined up in the slot on the hash mark is going to get wayyy less leeway to begin with.  Not to mention that play was an obvious opi which is what the bills thought the flag was for when it was thrown.

They missed plenty of calls the bills way…the Kincaid holding play was obvious and uncalled, josh took a bunch of hits to the head, diggs got mugged all night

giants win id say you can call tainted but not this one

The crying about officiating here is like a religion.  It went in the Bills favor so it’s all right.  If it went the other way this entire site would be filled with “rigged, bills vs Other team & refs, NFL is scripted” and on and on.  But as of this moment, the NFL isn’t rigged because the Bills benefited from a bad call.  Some fans watch the NFL just to complain about calls and to boast about how the league is rigged.  Yet they watch every game like it’s their job.  Try figuring that one out.

I'm not sure if you know this but the defensive player isn't allowed to grab the face mask.  Did you know?

This would have given us 1st and 10, around the 10 yard line.  But since grabbing the face mask isn't a penalty, no reason for me to bring this up.

You should learn what the word grabbing means.  That wasn’t a grab.

I actually had to delete what I had typed and then just responded with a jpg instead.

The refs were on the Bills’ side so let’s all have a big laugh about it.  No favoritism on this site.. none at all.  There are multiple pics of players lining up offside this past week and there was no flag.  This was a tainted win.  It’s all laughs until the Bills are on the other side of this sort of thing.  Then all the crying starts.  You guys cry and cry about rigged this, rigged that yet you’ll take every bad call and laugh about it as long as it’s in your favor.  What a shock!  Lol

You do realize the Bills won because they had the refs on their side right?  They flagged a player for lining up Offside on the play of the game.  Players are usually given warnings but this time the Bills were the beneficiaries.

Welp, right now the talentless NY Giants are 4-8 with Daboll as head coach on top of that same talentless team making the playoffs last year.

McD is 6-6 with arguabley 2x-3x-4x the talent the Giants have.

There is no doubt in my mind Brian Daboll would have this Bills team atop the AFC East and in position for the #1 seed in the AFC right now!

Dude it could be worse.  The Bills could be in the Pats situation.  They don’t even know where to begin over there.. yet the Bills managed to lose to them this season.

People are on here defending the Bills coaches and players.  Not good enough.

  6. The NFL is not rigged against Buffalo.

The NHL is not rigged against Buffalo.

Yet fans still think that there is a script.. they then proceed to watch every game and still complain which I can’t get my head around.  You watch a sporting even that is supposedly already decided.  You supposedly already know and accept this.  Then you complain about it while putting money in NHL and NFL owner pockets.  Queue the Twilight Zone theme.

This theory that sports leagues are hellbent on not allowing Buffalo to win are so rampant and widely accepted by our fanbase that some people should get together and film a documentary about it.

I'm not a fan of his inconsistency.

He makes a TON of backbreaking mistakes, and yes, sometimes he's absolutely genius.

His interception last night, for example, probably cost the team the win as it resulted in a TD. My feeling with him is this: if EVERYTHING is optimal, can he perform in three consecutive games without a backbreaking turnover? Because that's what it'll take to win a championship, and I'm not sure I've ever seen him do that. Could be wrong. But man, it's maddening.

The Allen apologists run wild on here.  He can do no wrong.  It’s like some of these people truly think that they are part of his immediate family.  The INT was nasty yesterday and it hurt.  The apologists will say that it didn’t cost the Bills the game.  Well.. the Bills had a chance to seal the game in OT.  Allen threw an errant pass to the end zone.  Miscommunication, bad pass, wrong route.. whatever it was, it resulted in a FG, not a TD. Everything counts.

Don't care that we have the melon farmer and some think he's the greatest thing since sliced bread.

This team is in year one of a minimum three year playoff drought.  "Why, Pine?" You might ask. Well, it's simple, really. It's the salary cap. (All numbers 2024 per spotrac)

First up is the melon farmer himself, at a whopping 47 MILLION dollars next year. He's gotta be a whole lot better than what he is at that price tag.

Next we have the illustrious Non Miller with a 23 MILLION dollar cap hit for zero tackles, zero pressures, zero forced fumbles, zero production.

The next nothingburger with an enormous cap hit is Dawson Knox, who's got us on the hook for 14.4 million dollars.

Tre White is next, feel bad for the guy, but his career is over. 16.6 against the 24 salary cap.

That's 101 million dollars in cap hoovered up by four players, and we can't really do a whole hell of a lot to get out from under that load in 24 or 25. Now, that only half the equation. The other half is the replacements to be necessary in the upcoming two years:

    Hyde - washed

    Poyer - washed

Milano - love the guy, but I have doubts about his future long term

Morse - long in the tooth

    Davis - need better

Epenesa/Groot - given the cap, no way we keep both

Diggs - yes, diggs. He's 29 THIS YEAR. We're going to need to replace him soon.

This list isn't all inclusive but you get the point. The point is, we're not WASTING the melon farmer's prime years, we've WASTED them. By the time this team next sniffs the playoffs, it'll be the year of our Lord two thousand and twenty-six, and Josh Allen will be 30 years old.

Will he be better at 30 than now? I have my doubts.

What's the fix? ***** if I know at this point but what I do know is this team, as it's constituted today is done now and into the intermediate term. Flane away haters, but numbers don't lie.

While having a huge chunk of their salary cap on IR or basically washed

whole fighting the refs in a horrifically officiated game

while at a decided talent disadvantage on both sides of the ball

    on the road

and y’all want to fire the head coach who’s has had nothing but 10+ win seasons for like 4 years in a row now?

It took the Eagles kicking a SIXTY YARD FG IN THE RAIN to get to OT. The Eagles had a better DVOA than the Bills.

There was no reasonable analysis that had the Bills winning this football game before the snap.

Literally demanding the HC be fired for EXCEEDING expectations

    Nah this ain’t it

I’m glad you’re happy. The team is 6-6.. but they did go toe to toe with Philadelphia, and ended up losing.  The team is wildly inconsistent this season but you want to pretend that the performance vs Philly is the norm?  This team lost to NE this year and NE may be the worst team in the NFL.  The Bills allowed them to score 29.

That should all be dismissed now because they made a game of it with Philly.  Ok.  The lovable losers.

You don't get the Brady reference fine, tell me how you would feel with a game ending fumble?

You know what?  I have enough of these types of threads.  The whining and complaining never seems to stop. It’s always someone else’s fault.  We should pity the Bills for life.  I get it. Desperate for excuses like they change anything.

WOOH how are my posts all over the place? Have you never watched a game where one team outplayed the other and lost? Had 11's catch and fumble be ruled as such would you say the Eagles were the better team on the field today?

I didn’t say your posts.  I said your post.  As in your last post which I was responding to at that point.

“The Bills were the better team.  Don’t tell me how to feel.  Tommy boy horsecollar, 59 yard field goal, the eagles are all great players.”

Yeah.. I’d say that’s a rambling paragraph.  Who is telling you how to feel?  I merely said you wouldn’t care if the Bills won a SB on a blown call.  How is that telling you how you need to feel?  You can agree or disagree with the sentiment.  You throw Tom Brady into the mix somehow too.. I mean.. come on man it’s like you’re in agony.  I get it he was like 30-2 against the Bills but what does that have to do with 2023 and beyond?  Tom Brady is retired.. we don’t need to have nightmares about him anymore.  It’s over.  You need to figure out how to mention him after a game with Philadelphia?

  12. 2 minutes ago, Dan in Owego said:

Listen the Bills were the better team, don't tell me how to feel or care that was joke of an officiated game and a joke of a defensive mastermind at the end. Is Josh not a star??? horse collar Tommy boy like that and the flags would fly, but that aside our offense left the field with a lead after two missed field goals and an improbable 59 yard boot and all the Eagles are great players lmao.

Your post is all over the place.  You’re rambling.  The Bills were the better team today, ok.  So let me guess, either the game was rigged or the refs were blind and deaf?

This is the mantra?  The NFL will never allow the Bills to win a SB?  Is that it?  If that is the case then why in the world do you support the brand by giving the league higher television ratings?  You love supporting what you hate?

To a better team🤔 not the game i watched.

A single game decides who the better team is?  Have you paid attention to the season?
The Bills lost anyway.  Why couldn’t Josh connect on. Touchdown pass in the end zone in OT?  Him and the receiver were not on the same page.  You have to make your own breaks and earn it.. not cry about refs this refs that.  Sometimes great teams and great players get favoritism.  Welcome to pro sports.  Would you complain if the Bills won a playoff game or a Super Bowl on a blown call?  No, you wouldn’t care.  Only losing teams care.  Winning teams laugh.

Having watched the Eagles Chiefs game last night, this seems like a game that if Josh is playing like he is capable, this is a very winnable game

I have family coming from Philly for thanksgiving and I know they are going to talk trash all week. Would love to have him shut up on Sunday night

And if the Eagles play like they are capable, they’ll win.  The Bills have too many issues.  I can’t see this as a W unless luck is on the Bills’ side.
