10/20/24 Game 7 GAMEDAY Bills vs Titans 1st half thread
Einstein replied to BuffaloBill's topic in The Stadium Wall
Tip for everyone. When we are on offense, look downfield. You will be shocked at what you see. There is absolutely no where to throw the dang ball. -

There is absolutely NO separation anywhere. NO ONE is getting open. -

This is what I mean. Casual fans have no idea what they’re looking at. They think it’s Allen’s fault that we have 1 first down. They think it’s Allen fault that Cooper dropped a first down. They think it’s Allen fault that Hollins didn’t secure a catch. They think it’s Allen’s fault that Dawkins whiffed and got him crushed. They have no idea what they’re seeing. -

In what way? He has had 1 off throw. And 2 drops. And a LT who whiffed and got him thrown to the ground. Some of you have no ability to differentiate a team playing poorly and the QB. -

Babich has to switch to man. You are letting Rudolph eat you up in zone. -

This ENTIRE TEAM is poorly coached. How do you not down that at the 1 yard line?? You had 2 guys there!! -

Great job Dawkins - ruined that drive. I think Hollins was open in the endzone if Allen had another second. -

Honestly - is Brady an idiot? Running right at Simmons? -

Incredible how easy it is. Our defenders don’t see the receivers stopping and waiting for the ball? -

The Titans OC is putting on a masterclass right now. Every defensive play call we run, he has a perfect answer for it. Meanwhile, on the other side of the ball, Brady is doing his best Rick Dennison impression. -

I’m beginning to dislike Brady… a lot. We have no play action game and it’s infuriating seeing how powerful it can be. -

I don’t know how we can justify paying any of our pass rushers. -

He has 11 drops????? In 6 games??? Yikes. -
Complete opposite. Reddick won. He got all of his money, plus didn’t have to pay fines, plus didn’t have to play for a third of the season. Imagine working 1/3 less and getting paid the same.

Stadium Construction Discussion (No PSL/Seat selection posts)
Einstein replied to JÂy RÛßeÒ's topic in The Stadium Wall
Either that is a wide angle lens or we were sold a bill of goods as to how close to the field the seats would be 😂 -
You will certainly have the majority agree with you. Which, in my opinion, is indicative.

The Bills didn’t worry about it either. You think Epinesa was going to play corner and defend a quick pass to the boundary? lol. If sending 6 guys against 5 guys is ineffective, then we have an entirely other coaching discussion to be had. But even if we didn’t get to him, it absolutely would have sped him up. You need 5 seconds to allow receivers to get to the endzone. He wouldn’t have had 5 seconds. That wasn’t a hail mary, and the Jets sent EIGHT (8) pass rushers, and put 3 defenders in man coverage. It was mind-numbingly dumb but not remotely close to what I am talking about. Again, the Bills didn’t guard against the FG. They pretended to. In all seriousness - what was Epenesa going to do on that boundary against a 4.4 WR? The Jets easily could have completed a 10 yard pass and stepped out of bounds if they chose to. It would have been easy. It is amazing to me that fans can defend this. We had 3 defensive players doing *NOTHING*. We were playing 8 against 11.

No offense, but in what universe was this? Boldin never got consistent separation in his career. He just bodied DB's and won 50/50 balls while being blanketed. Look at his highlight reel and you will see 90% of receptions occurred when the DB is right on him and he just makes a great catch. That's what Coleman will likely have to do.

He definitely needs more time, that’s for sure. But thats also the concerning part. The kid has played football for almost a decade - including 3 years of college football and college coaching. How much longer does he need to know that running routes in football is not the same as finding leverage in basketball? Goodness - how much more time does he need to know that stopping your slant route and finding leverage isn’t even a thing!? We as fans tend to make excuses for our guys. If this was a player on another team, we would not be as forgiving in our criticism.
