We tend to see this; defense soft in the first drive, almost like we're watching what they're doing. Then we tighten up.

This may be a bad time to mention it but the soccer team I support threw away a comfortable lead twice yesterday so am hoping the Bills don't follow suit. @GunnerBill - by your username I'm guessing you're an Arsenal fan? A comfortable win like theirs today will do!

Seahawks too. Feels like the NFC is better than the AFC (Bills, Chiefs and perhaps Titans aside).

The 49ers must wish they could play the Rams every week. The Rams must wish they could wait until the post season.

Josh's presence means we're in a Super Bowl window. The QB situation for the 49ers is not the same. That's why they gambled the picks and we didn't; McCaffrey being there, if he stays injury free, potentially elevates them to a spot where we already are.

I can see why we didn't trade a whole load of picks for McCaffrey but he is amazing when he's fit.

Very true! In fairness, he was ok if nothing special in the first half but completely fell apart in the second.
