There was a game recently...maybe in the college football playoffs where this happened.  A kickoff rolled to a complete stop about the five yard line and about 2 yards in bound.  The returner laid down on his stomach with his feet out of bounds and touched the ball.  It was therefore an illegal kick out of bounds and they got the ball out at the 40.  Found a link to this example by the Packers a few years back.  https://www.sbnation.com/2016/9/25/13049606/packers-kick-return-ty-montgomery-randall-cobb

It was the Steelers last week:

The Shakir TD was top 5 play in the league this year.

Add what it meant in that moment of the game, and it’s arguably top 2, and I’m just adding some sand as I can’t  think of what other play would be better.

That was “we were lucky to get to see it” good.

It's insane that Josh did what he did on the 52 yard touchdown, and we're all (reasonably) going "Yeah, that was great, BUT..."

There were 11 men on the field at the end of the game

11 MEN.  So proud of how our backups stepped up.

We will hope to get Douglas and Dodson back as well

Bernard looks like the biggest worry but Klein went hard

That's good. They've been known to try twelve before.

I also wanted McDermott replaced, and I agree with everything you said.

I was going to be on the axe McDermott train if the Bills lost tonight. As defensive player after defensive player went down I started feeling that would be harsh, even if the Steelers somehow staged an epic comeback.

Longest QB run in the playoffs as a Bill too (2nd longest of all time).

And his rushes are mostly from more than a couple of yards out. Not being pushed over the line at the one.

Josh put the team on his back. I don't think the Bills would have won that with any other QB.
