    Proud of McD. This loss shows a lot of progress. He's always been the boy scout type. This seems like one of those situations in the past where he would have won and talked some ***** about good sportsmanship in the post game.     Spector can't stay healthy. Keeping him around through the injuries made sense for a while when seems to still have good potential, but this year has answered the question. When he has been healthy he's sucked. Add in the constantly injured and it makes no sense anymore. Just release him.
