I hear ya. I love the kid, but in a straight up 1 for 1 swap, you’d be the only GM not making that trade.
Not true. I don’t think for a moment Beane would pull the trigger in that deal. JA is his guy. I think there may be a few others around the league that would ride with Josh as well.
again... I am not saying JA is in the same class as PM YET. No MVP. No super bowl. I get all that. Just saying the upside seems almost limitless for JA. -
No thanks. Zay is where Zay needs to be... anywhere other than Buffalo. We have 3rd string guys like McKenzie and Roberts plus practice squad guys like Duke and Hodgins that I’d take over Zay. Beane and McD know what they are doing. It’s a lot more than just talent and x’s & o’s. It’s about family. It’s about your teammates loving and respecting you and wanting to go to battle with you. I never really saw that with Zay.

I’m sold. There isn’t another QB in the league I’d rather have other than Mahomes.
pay him.
Not saying he’s better than Mahomes but I am saying he is better for Buffalo. He’s got 3 yrs in this city. He has embraced everything that is and always has been Buffalo. If I’m Beane, No way I’d even take the Chiefs call if they inquired about a straight up trade. Of course... they won’t, but... just sayin’. Haha!

Rams, Seahawks, Cowgirls, Falcons and Chiefs fans may all argue this but I’ll take the Bills 3 (or 6 - Diggs/Brown/Bease/Davis/McKenzie/Know) over anyone in the league because they seem to be the perfect fit for JA. They all want to play and win with him. Same page. Same mind. Same heartbeat for Buffalo!

We should probably trade for Dak. Haha!

I support the A-.
the sack was bad.
Only throw Josh wants back is the long ball to Diggs. Great play by Diggs to high point it but his initial route was so amazing Josh could have laid the ball out ten yards further to the right and it’s an easy TD .- 3

Digg and Allen on O
Norman and Jefferson on D

Yeah. Plus he was just 12 yards shy of 300. I would have drawn up a passing play on 2nd 15. If it goes incomplete then run a draw or something on 3rd down to run the clock.
Dumb. Super bowl teams play to win not for 300yd passing games.

Bad Allen rears his head! Haha. Good Lord. I guess that is never going to go away completely.

Perhaps, later in the season, we look back on that Josh Norman play as the turning point for this D!! What a 4th down stand!

Diggs, Knox, Singletary BOOM!
all set up by a big defensive play. Complete team effort right there.- 2

Norman baby. Vet play

Poyer convinced the back judge it was incomplete. Nice. Forced Gruden to use a challenge.

Of course.... missed PAT!

Nice write up. Good thought process imo.
I REALLY hope we add one big bodied DT. Snacks would be ideal but I’m not holding my breath. Luiget does make some sense, I just wonder if he’s in NFL shape at this point (same goes for Snacks).
I hope we can figure out this big nickel position. Taron is gonna get mangled if has to continually take on the run every play.
As I mentioned in another thread, Siran Neal and his lack of playing time has been the biggest disappointment this season imo. I though he was going to be a big part of this D
anyone know what Sam Adams or Pat Williams are up to these days? Let's give them a call. Two of the better space eaters we've had.

No doubt Bills should bring him in on a 2yr deal next season if he is available. Nothing but good things could come from he and his family reconnecting with this team and community. He perfectly fits the McBean “high-character/team-over-individual” profile. Maybe even get to retire with a SB ring!

To clarify with the INT: debate the call all you want. It was a TERRIBLE throw that I have not seen him attempt since his rookie year. A cross body heave into the wilderness.
For a QB on his THIRD YEAR to be in the A range, you simply do not attempt plays like that. Couple that with the others and you have a B+. Yes we won, and that is awesome. Yes he is a gamer, that is obvious by now. However, if you guys want Super Bowls? You gotta get rid of stuff like that... plain and simple.
I disagree. Most great QBs have an undying belief in their arm and a high level trust in the guys they are throwing to. Go down the list of greats (Marino, Kelly, Elway, Manning, Favre, Rogers, Roethlisberger, Wilson, Mahomes, etc.) They all forced throws like that at times throughout their careers. Sometimes it worked out... other times... not so much.
what do all of those QBs have in common? They all played in Super Bowls.
Do I think JA should have thrown that ball? Nope. But at the end of the day... that‘s what makes him who he is. You can’t completely coach that out of him and expect him to still be the gunslinger who has “ice in his veins” and wins 1/3 of every game he plays in on game winning drives. -
The game winner is #1 for obvious reasons but Diggs TD on Ramsey was awesome!

To explain why your grades are so bad. If Allen replicates these performances every week, he is the undisputed MVP. If your performances are on an MVP level, they shouldn't be Bs.
Russell Wilson May have something to say about this. Using your argument... IF they both duplicate the current numbers they are producing it will be the two greatest QB performances in history but Russell would win MVP.
