yeah the DL has been a bit disappointing for the spend.  But, Bean did bring in quite a few people to reach that number, and they have been solid.  The OL job was amazing.  I'd like to somehow shed some DL spend and bring in a pass rusher.

I think Butler and Jefferson have to go. Both are overpaid and have done little. Justin Zimmer has outplayed them both for a fraction of the price. I know McDermott likes to rotate and that they all have different roles, but we might be able to get better production for a lot cheaper.

  2. I like Feliciano and think he is a good guy and a solid lineman, but I think he is overrated by this board. If we pay him 8M+ a year like some want to and lose Williams, I think we will regret it. He is a solid guard, but should not be too highly paid. Guards can be found, and are not worth paying a premium for. Just look at Boettger, who was an undrafted free agent and has done pretty well. We also have Cody Ford, who the Bills seem to love for some reason despite underwhelming play. Ford at RT was a disaster, and if he is going to be in the lineup it would be a lot better if he was at guard. I would much rather extend Daryl Williams at 11-12M a year, because losing him leaves a much bigger hole. He has done a great job this year, he should definitely be the priority over Feliciano.

We also definitely need to bring back Milano, as long as his contract isn't too crazy. I think we will cut ties with John Brown to save money, which is unfortunate, and we will have to replace him somehow. Could Kenny Stills be an option to replace him on the cheap? I think we also have to cut 2 of Jefferson, Addison, and Butler due to their salaries and meh performance, and will need to find replacements for them. Hopefully this can be done with some lower level free agency signings or the draft.

I'm very excited for the offseason (after our long playoff run), I think we can make a great team even better.

  3. We cannot pay both of them. Paying two linebackers 25-30 million total will kill us with the cap, especially with Allen’s deal coming soon. We need to pick one or the other soon, and I’d pick Milano. Edmunds looks lost out there and is allergic to good plays and tackling. I probably wouldn’t pick up his 5th year option, and I’d let him walk after next year. The young and athletic excuses need to stop, eventually we need some good play from him. The Pro Bowl argument is also ridiculous, the fact that he was selected this year shows it’s a joke.

  4. I’m sure Del Reid and the donation dumbass crew will set something brilliant up to make poor Duke feel better about himself. Or maybe donate to something to make Griese feel bad about himself like they did to the Ravens guy. The Oishei donations are great, donating over bad comments like this is stupid. Stop being so sensitive and enjoy our success.

Dorsey is possible.  I assume Mcdermott will maintain the offense amd the language.  I could see Mcdermott interview Bill Obrien, possible NE assistants.

I’d be surprised if he interviewed O’Brien after what happened in Houston with Brian Gaine, but you never know.

Anybody but Rob Boras, our tight ends coach. His offense was so awful and uncreative when he was the coordinator for the Jeff Fisher Rams. Also hopefully not Mike Shula. Pederson or Nagy wouldn’t be too bad if they get fired, but I’d be surprised if it was anyone but Dorsey.

  6. Knox sucks, but we’re not going to be getting rid of him. We’re going to have to live with him, because McDermott and Beane think he could be good for some reason even though he makes so many mistakes (just like Cody Ford). There are also very few ways to actually upgrade at tight end, because actual good tight ends rarely hit free agency. I really hope he doesn’t get a second contract from us, but he will be here for the next two years.
