Dodson deleted one tweet and said it was bad timing, about a personal matter.

Diggs responded to some "don't try to put me against my own teammate, that was about me and no one else"

I think Hughes deleted his tweet?

Feliciano is gonna be the "protector" and "enforcer" to his little brothers

So...either the bickering factor is over blown or McDermott and other coaches are clamping down

Feliciano isn’t protecting or enforcing anything, just like his play on the o-line. He’s sharing misinformation on Twitter, and while he is vaccinated, that’s still stupid. Beasley just tweeted something incredibly racist at a teammate. I hope this all works out, because I want our team to be good, but this is an issue that will not go away as long as Beasley is around.

  2. This will probably get deleted or get me banned, but whatever. What Beasley just said is racist. He is comparing being unvaccinated to the racism faced daily by black people, and he told a black teammate that he was now part of a majority and discriminating against a minority. What a stupid thing to say. This should get him cut IMO.

  3. We probably will not get rid of him, but he is on a short leash. People seem to forget he got benched during the Kansas City game. I don’t think we should give up on him, but he does have some serious limitations, like his slow speed. I wouldn’t hate drafting the right RB at some point, and Singletary is not going to stop them from doing it if there is a running back they like somewhere in the draft. If we don’t draft a running back, he needs to have a better season or he will be gone after this year.

  4. Addison, Jefferson, and Butler must go. None of them provide any value we couldn’t get in the draft or off the scrap heap. I pray that they cut them, but fear they wont because of “continuity.” Continuity doesn’t matter if the players aren’t any good. Brown and Smith will also go, we will need the money. Hughes doesn’t do much but I think they’ll keep him. No idea on Morse, I’m not sure they like him very much anymore but I’m not sure they’ll cut him.

I've explained before that I'm prejudiced against Rob Boras because he was the OC on the StL-then LA Rams in 2015-2016.  Under him, Foles/Keenum and Keenum/Goff looked totally incompetent and incapable of playing QB at an NFL level.  Within 2 years, two of them were QB teams in the Superbowl and the third had played in the NFC Championship.  If anything ever showed the impact of coaching on QB, that checked my box.

Now maybe Rob Boras is a fantastic TE coach.  But I can't help wondering if it's coincidence that the two worst performing units on the offense, are the ones with assistants left over from Dennison's year.

Thank you. One of my biggest fears is that Boras could take over after Daboll leaves (unlikely, but you never know). As you said, he is extremely incompetent as an OC, those Rams teams had some of the worst offenses I have ever seen in my life. He is just completely out of his league. Who knows if he’s a good tight ends coach, but if we are seeing him run an offense, we are in more trouble than when we had Dennison.

  6. It's year three and Edmunds hasn't shown much improvement. I know he's young, but he is very below average. Never makes a big play, and always seems to lose his man when he drops into coverage. He is also a very bad tackler. I don't think he's bad enough to cut or anything, but the extension talk for him is insane. Paying him is a move we will regret. I don't even know if it's a good idea to pick up his option, which will be for about 14 million.  Oliver I'm not sure on. He has stretches where he plays well and seems to be coming on, but then he does nothing for a while. Some of it might be scheme and the excessive rotation we do on the D-Line, but I'm not sure. I'm not ready to give up on him yet, but we need some improvement from him next year.

  7. Pretty much agree with everything here. Would love to have Milano and Williams back, but the cost will be too much. I think Feliciano is overrated and we shouldn't pay him too much, but I think we will unfortunately. Agree 100% on Edmunds. You would be insane to extend him based on how he has played. He is not a playmaker, he rarely makes any notable plays, and for someone so good at coverage, he gives up a whole lot of passes. Probably pick up the option and see what happens, but without major improvement, see ya. We have to cut Addison, Jefferson, and Butler. All three were overpays this offseason and they paid us back with minimal production. Cut your losses and move on.

  8. DE Trent Murphy-NO
TE Tyler Kroft-No, we didn't use him at all late in the season
LB Matt Milano-Maybe, if the price isn't too high
    CB Josh Norman-No thanks
OL Ty Nsekhe-Yes, he is a good backup if he comes cheap
OL Jon Feliciano-No, I think he's overrated and will be overpaid come free agency. Good dude and not bad, but will be overpaid
    OL Brian Winters-NO
    WR Andre Roberts-Yes
OL Daryl Williams-Yes, he has been pretty good this year and we don't have a replacement for him
QB Matt Barkley-No, we should upgrade
    RB Taiwan Jones-Why not
RB TJ Yeldon-I would, but they clearly don't like him for some reason.
    S Dean Marlowe-Yes
WR Isaiah McKenzie-Yes, such a useful player
CB Levi Wallace-Yes, will be cheap. Don't mind him as long as he isn't a full-time starter
    LB Andre Smith-Who cares

    Cut

DT Vernon Butler-Easy choice with Star coming back

DT Quinton Jefferson-Major disappointment, has barely made any plays

DE Mario Addison-Has done nothing to live up to his 3 year contract

WR John Brown-Love the guy and would love to keep him, but the cap math probably won't work out

That's great but what exactly is the obsession with these small backs ? He is 5'8" 209 .

Dang just call up Beast mode then he could end it where he started just come full circle . Or call Pat Dimarco back up he knows the offense and he's a bigger dude to Singletary shows that if given more than a couple of runs per quarter and when allowed to get in a rhythm he can get it done .

I do not like the RB by comity thing !

DiMarco cannot do anything. He had a grand total of 6 carries in 3 years for us.

Stand down, chap.  First of all, that very not knowing the system is a reason Stills is NOT lightyears ahead of Duke as a WR for the Bills at this time.

Second of all, no question but what at the same age, Stills has seen much more playing time in the NFL.  But in his recent season before release, he caught 11 of 19 targets (58%) with 3 scored drops (16%).  In his most recent playing time as a receiver last season, Duke was 12 of 19 for 63% with 2 scored drops (10.5%).

So I'm having trouble seeing those "lightyears" he is ahead of him, other than in sheer foot speed.  And fundamentally, teams don't cut WR mid-season to whom they owe guaranteed salary for no good reason.

I’m not saying that Stills is a superstar, chap. The Texans chose to move on from Stills because he was in the final year of his deal and they knew he wasn’t coming back next year, so they decided to give him a chance to catch on with a contender. All I know is that he is still an NFL-level player while Duke belongs back in the CFL or XFL. I am also scarred from the inexplicable decision to bring Duke up last year and target him 10 times, which partially cost us the game. There is a reason that nobody has even tried to sign Duke off of our practice squad in the last two years, and that is because he is not an NFL player. And before someone says that the coaching staff knows more than me and that he could have been good in practice, there is a reason he was only activated once all year and never played. If he was so good, they would have brought him up or actually let him play receiver at some point. I pray that he doesn’t actually play, because if he sees meaningful time at WR, we will be in trouble, just like last year. I know everyone loves him because they think he is good for some reason, but he is clearly not.
