Well, he’s the qb. The ultimate responsibility for scoring falls on him, fair or not. The 4th down play was a disaster. Unlike the Bills, the Lions did an amazing job of keeping in lanes. Tackling was better. He missed some throws but stats were impressive. He’s not their biggest problem by any stretch. But collectively they are finding a way to lose close games against top teams.

I just hate the MVP aspect of the media. Isn’t that NBA type mentality? Who cares it consumes too much time. Having said that it’s week 3 .. maybe week 13 is a good time to start looking. But I’m the rare guy who just doesn’t care.

He didn’t have the courage to run 3-4 and dive to possibly win the game for his team. Instead putting it back on his D who have played their hearts out. Goff is a good qb and has been excellent tonight. But he’s gotta man up on that one!

I guess I don’t call nfl players scrubs is where we differ. They had a couple three and outs. Sometimes JB is sooo run committed that he gets a bit conservative. But that balance keeps the Bills opponents with multiple challenges.Phins were desperate and generally 0-2 teams are very fired up. Josh is doing what he’s capable of by being smart. But all good my friend we can agree to disagree 👍 I would argue that is Ray Davis since he’s the better player. But I get your point. We don’t need Cook or Josh on the field in those situations.

They are an NFL team, it’s not A college team. The D does dictate no matter what the team. Just to be clear 31 points and what should have been 34 is not enough? The Bills need to be reckless and throw deep so it looks cool? Ravens are a decent D as are the Jets. Each game is unique. I have zero concerns about how the Bills are being dictated to by opponents D. The Bills make the proper adjustments.

They would have scouted him intensely for the draft. Plenty of film on the rookie qb this is a non issue. We just saw a very competitive game with the Phins. I don’t see McD letting up the Bills being ready to go.
