Thank you. I'd honestly be really curious to learn more about stuff like this. Like with Cline being signed to the Eagles practice squad. How are the Bills notified? Are they given the option to match or elevate? Do the Eagles pay him day one? Do the Eagles put him up in a hotel due to the lateness of the season? I feel for these guys who get bounced from team to team, sometimes multiple times throughout the season. How do they afford all the moving? What about their family? Etc

Yes, but if they adjust to division winners are only guaranteed a playoff spot and not a certain seeding, then that 4th division winner could end up being the 6th seed. But this is also why I would like to see them get rid of the divisions. In such a small season, even with 18 games, I see no reason to play a team twice.

I honestly wish we went back to 6 team playoffs in each conference. I don't like any league that let's 50% of the teams into the playoffs. This may have been an off year, but most of the teams secured their playoff spot with 3-4 weeks left in the season. I think it waters down the regular season importance. If we did go to 8 playoff teams, I would recommend a bye week for everyone, then just 8v1, 7v2, etc. I would also change it so that winning your division only guarantees your a playoff spot, not a seeding. So if you win your division at 9-8, you might just be the 8 seed. Overall, with us most likely going to an 18 game schedule. Go back to 6 playoff teams. Two preseason games (one home, one away). Two bye weeks for everyone (1st bye week between weeks 6-10, 2nd bye week between weeks 11-15 weeks. 1 and 2 seed get the 3rd bye. I'd also say to just get rid of the divisions. Play everyone in your conference once, and rotate conference games (3 per year, only 2 less than we have now)

I think McDaniels gets a pass. Not saying he deserves it, but they are kind of locked into this roster that was tailored to McDaniel’s playcalling. I could see them giving him another year so they can possibly to a full rebuild if he doesn’t pull it together

McD had his press conference today and stated Allen and a few other starters will start the game Sunday, but will then be pulled quickly. McD said the consecutive start streak is important to Allen and he wants to respect it. I’m perfectly fine with this and like that McD honors it. Now, if he plays more than one drive and does anything more than hand the ball off or throw a quick screen, different story.
