I would like them to have the 3rd preseason game be at a neutral site. Maybe a college facility. I’d hate to be the season ticket holder stuck with 2 home games like before.

Does a player have to sign a contract in person? If they do, and can’t fax or do it virtually, then I think they should delay it. I don’t trust players to not go back on verbal agreements because they didn’t sign due to travel restrictions. If they can eSign, then I don’t think visits are really that relevant except for tier B free agents

If they didn’t have Haskins, I’d say it would be a no brainer. However, I’m also not sold on Haskins. Coaches need their QB, so I wouldn’t be totally surprised if this happened.

He was supposed to get activated multiple times this past season and a few of the times it came from AJ, not the doctors that he wasn’t ready. In my opinion, it all came off very similar to the Trent Williams “injury” but Green wasn’t as vocal. However, there were a lot of leaks out of his camp that seemed to validate what I posted. But yes, I could be wrong

But how often does this happen where it’s not pre-announced? I get that some players do their own private workouts instead of the the combine, but this comes off very different to me.

I personally believe his injury last season was BS and he was just done with the team. So, a part of me likes him having to be tied to them a little longer since he didn’t honor his last year. On the flip side, I see a massive hold out and nothing positive come of this for the Bengals

Honestly, I’m not so sure anymore. I think the depth that’s showing at the position may have teams wait until the 2nd or 3rd round for a WR while filling other positions of need in the first. Right now, I can see 4/5 QB’s going in the first and more offensive lineman than expected. I think that will make the receivers drop. I also think this draft could see the first round trade record get broken. There’s just so much depth at some positions, and none at others. I expect the QB’s and small depth positions to go first with WR be the luxury picks

Agreed. From what I can read, a lot of the vets want less practices, which they are already getting in the new agreement. However, they can get fined more for missing practices. So to me, on this point, they want to be able to keep taking training camp off and are saying it’s a health thing.
