What do you mean by hot seat then? Do coaches receive criticism when things go wrong? Yes. In fact you are already ready to, no matter what happens on Sunday. Which is wild in and of itself.

The 4th down call, a coaching blunder? what are you talking about? Disagree with the decision, fine. I won't argue the call one way or the other. Unorganized? They came out of a timeout, lined up just fine. We failed to execute. Tennessee did a better job, it is what it is. And to bring that up in the same scenario of the total systemic and organizational failure of what happened in that Dallas game, is absolutely wild.

Our line was getting manhandled at the time.  The LG got thrown in Allen's lap the play stood no chance.

But the blunder is you have 22 seconds and you are on the 3 yardline on 4th down. You are not scoring a sneak from the 3 vs a goal line D, so the play is purely for a 1st down. Then you need to rip off another play with what 17 or less seconds and no time outs to score? It's a massive blunder. You go for the TD or kick the FG. You don't try for a 1st down with under 20 seconds.  Stupid.

To make matters worse the Bills line was off the LOS in a pass block formation not up on the line to run block.

Blunders like this are why the Bills were 0-5 in one score games. Just an awful call all around.

  2. At a Bills v Pats game in Foxborough (Leodis McKelvin fumble game) there was a guy in front of me going nuts out of control, he was sloppy drunk. At one point he turned around towards me yelled F-you Buffalo and stuck his middle finger up at me towards my face (maybe foot away from me). I stood there and just stared him down not saying a word waiting for him to touch me first.  Out of no where a yellow jacket security dude came over ripped him out and removed him. That was the closest.

Not at games to fight and consciously avoiding idiots helps. Also I usually sit in the 100s so that helps too.

OL protection as a "cocoon of love". Brilliant.

Notice the subtle slide by Allen to his right as he can see the DT breaking through to his left.  Very subtle pocket movement that afforded him extra valuable time and allowed him to set his feet and throw.

    Outstanding,  savvy, advanced pocket presence.

  4. I am of the opinion that Dorsey has been groomed to take over knowing that Dabol will receive intense interest as a HC, especially considering he was promoted to passing game coordinator... with 25% of the league searching for a HC, this will be the year Dabol leaves unfortunately.

All indications are it will be Dorsey and that is a smart move and planning.

Succession planning for your Coordinators should be of utmost importance for successful teams.

  5. Hope he's okay, hate to see a player get hurt especially in the postseason when they worked so hard to get here.

With that said,  from a football stand point... Inconsequential, easily replaceable.  I'd actually welcome more Obada.

Yup. Look at Rhonda Rousey.  She was suicidal for two years after Holley Holm knocked her out.

Sober pats fans exist, and they tend to be fans from the age before B&B.

I live in NE and there is a HUGE disconnect between fans that grew up 90s and prior, and new age fans that only know Chamionships. Fans that lived through the Red Sox 86 year drought and 90s heart break, Bruins falling flat every year, and the Patriots mediocrity, only one the Celtics as the one team that would win.  You have a bunch of hardened die hards that have paid their dues,  and a bunch of over privileged kids... the fan base is largely split between the two.

  7. I've been critical of McD and he's deserved it.  But last night was a game of beauty in everything but extra points.  This team was so well prepared and our game plan was on point and the FINAL piece we have been waiting for -- we went for the kill and finished it off didn't ease up one bit, we didn't let them back in we stomped them out. Outstanding.

I do think our offensive success might be largely due to Dabol and his familiarity with BB from his time in NE. But that's just a hunch.

Props to both coordinators and huge props to McD getting these guys ready to play and foot on the gas all game.  Excellent excellent job.  Bravo!!! Three more Ws!!!

Hey Art - we've packed the stadium numerous times time year keeping the unvaxxed out and we'll do it again tonight!

    GO BILLS

We were 20th in the league in capacity this year at 94.7%... the top 15 teams were all 98+.

Anything less than 100% for our first capacity playoff game in 25 years will be a failure.
