    Just to remind everyone... Josh Allen did not practice last week... then in McDermott's infinite wisdom he decided to stay in town and not practice this week after the illness issue Tuesday. Guy hasn't practiced in either of the last two weeks.

    My boy Josh going to make all these doomers look silly. Players need to rally and take this team over. Coaching staff is lost. Josh needs to stop playing nice with his teammates and be demanding. No more Mr Nice Guy. We survived a first round knockout, get your feet under you and let's go.
