Seems like it would’ve been easier just to describe them the way they describe themselves. The need to exaggerate it seems weird.

These are the folks you referred to as an “economic think tank” earlier this week. That was funny. Made you look like a dumbass.

You should investigate her living quarters. Be careful though as you will end up, once again, the tool.

Well stated.

UAW in a tough spot. The typical union-supporting lefty that hates Trump also in a tough spot.

Don’t pass this by without watching the video!

I will wait to see how things play out rather than go all-in immediately. Besides, I’m like LRon, CSection and Nedboi. I’ve got bank. Did you see the market comparisons for Trump 1.0 vs Biden? Fascinating numbers!

I’ve used dumbass, dipsh*t, and assh*le rather liberally. Generally in response to one of your deep thoughts. Libtard? No. You let your emotions impact your reading. The part that won’t happen is the annexation of an ally that some fear. They don’t actually fear it but being dramatic is part and parcel for “progressives”.

Thank you for sharing this hard hitting report. It has to be true. If anyone has insight on the tariffs, it’s a mechanic. And when this doesn’t happen, which it won’t, will you be here to walk back your hysteria? Rhetorical question.

Pelosi, Schumer, and the billionaires come out on the short end. A pity. Martin had the endorsements of the influential Rep. Jim Clyburn (D., S.C.) and Minnesota governor Tim Walz and picked up two more ahead of Saturday’s vote, when candidates Marianne Williamson and Nate Snyder dropped out of the race to back him. Wikler had the backing of Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D., Calif.) and Sen. Chuck Schumer (D., N.Y.), as well as the party’s largest donors. Billionaires Reid Hoffman and George Soros gave $500,000 to Wikler’s Forward PAC, the Washington Free Beacon reported.

Too funny. Time has passed these people by.

Perhaps for an elite such as Redhawk. I will stand in solidarity with mi hermanos y hermanas and insist on the real thing. If that means splitting one avocado para la cena con dos compadres, así que es.

You may not. An abomination. Misinformation. They have a shelf life of about 8 hours once ripe. Prior to the short period of ripeness, they are useless.

Are you better off today than you were four years ago?
JDHillFan replied to BillStime's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
I’m a little better off than I was four years ago. Reason? The S&P 500 gained 66.5% under Trump and 57.9% under Biden. The Dow Jones Industrial Average gained 56.8% under Trump and 40.2% under Biden. The Nasdaq composite gained a whopping 137.5% under Trump, and 47.1% under Biden. The next four years are a huge TBD. I know several of the excitable types here have made up their minds after two weeks but I’m going to wait a while and see how it plays out. -
You’ve repeatedly told us how thrifty you are to the point of three adults dining on a 20 piece McNugget - though you never came clean on who only got 6 nuggets. Please don’t throw it all away now because of TRUMP. Avocados do not age well and freezing guacamole is a non-starter. It would be a complete waste.

The American Media Should Not Be Trusted
JDHillFan replied to SCBills's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
It’s simultaneously fun and maddening to watch this sort of thing. Tapper comes off as a Walz sort. A wimp and a loser. -
How will things get interesting? If his current decisions are as disastrous as you believe, support for democrats will be overwhelming. Who do you believe will support an 82yo man trying to stay in office for a third term? Isn’t it easier, and more sane, to make your point without the hysterical idiocy?

Market Performance - Orange Menace vs Brandonomics
JDHillFan replied to JDHillFan's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
The differences in market performance are interesting aren’t they? Nasdaq in particular. With the excitement from you and others re: Brandon, I was very surprised to see the final numbers.
