Some of you know that I can't stand the fact this women has a job when her prediction rate of success is abysmal, I mean downright awful, but she's still at it, and I warn ANYONE who plays fantasy (especially DFF) to avoid her "predictions" like the plague.  I watched her prediction of last night's game, and went back and thought you all enjoy just how bad her "prediction" was.

There wasn't ONE SINGLE aspect of her prediction that came true, not a one.

    Discuss!

    Tim-

Will you be committed to calling out every male “analytics” expert that suggests the bills aint that good yet? If not......

The problem with mathematical models is they are very reliant on prior performance. And the NFL is such an 'any given sunday' league.  Her job isn't necessarily to be right. It is to apply a mathematical model to predictions as a contrast against the 3 guys on the panel applying more traditional NFL thinking.

It very much is. I agree 100%. I just question the thread calling out the woman when there’s dozens of male “experts” spouting the same nonsense that you just pointed out

  2. He’s not “done” but he’s certainly on the downslope. Sucks because he was an exciting guy to watch for a while. He also won a MVP for everyone saying he always sucked.

I have a simple question.  Is he known to be a grinder?  Because his public persona suggests he's not.

    What does that even mean

That's passing a lot of bucks.  I don't remember exactly when that blew up, and don't know that the current ownership has much to apologize for there, but certainly at the time the Bills ultimately should have been responsible for making sure the women working as Jills were treated fairly (financially and otherwise.)

Nope. Think what you want guy, but that was not the arrangement. My source is a former Jill who was on the squad for upwards of 10 years during the time this drama was all playing out, who’s yours?

Well, I think the Bills still had a lot to do with how it was run.

I haven't heard her say this, but Kim may share the view of a lot of women, that cheerleading demeans women.  I'd guess that Kim is much prouder of the women in this video than she is of the Jills.  She may be happy the Jills are gone.

    It's a new world.

Yes you’re right - the Bills certainly had input in certain aspects of how the Jills’ operated - they were licensed to represent the Bills’ brand after all.

The bad conduct I was referring to earlier, though, was perpetrated by the coaches and leaders of the Jills’ organization, not the Bills’.

Not true.  QBs taken in the top 10, which JA was assured of, are guaranteed NFL starters. Shurmur was saying they had him as a round 2 prospect.  Only way to read it.  And yes, it’s disrespectful and a dumb thing for a HC to say.

It’s OK, Shurmur will be lucky to last the season.  Total mediocrity.  A walking advertisement for the Rooney Rule.

Yes this. I’m not quite sure what Shurmur was trying to imply, but I think u got it right. Honestly I don’t think anyone will be caring about what Pat Shurmur has to say about anything after this season.
