Bills bye week/upcoming weeks plan:
*Fire Bobby Babich, McDermott take over playcalling for this year, hire a new defensive coordinator with a new system next year
*Fire Joe Brady, Aaron Kromer takes over the offense
*Bench Terrel Bernard and strip captaincy, install Shaq Thompson as starting MLB
*Bench Taylor Rapp, start Poyer, trade for/sign veteran S
*Bench Tre'Davious White, trade for/sign veteran CB
*Trade Keon Coleman (this will never happen because Beane would be admitting his Worthy mistake, plus admitting he was the fool in the offseason when he went off on Jeremy and Joe about not needing a receiver)
*Get back: Kincaid, Samuel, Palmer, Hairston, Milano, Hoecht, Ogunjobi
*Activate Gabe Davis
*Cut Shavers
Team moving forward -- listing players who would actually play:
Allen
Cook
Johnson
Davis
Kincaid
Knox
Hawes
Palmer
Samuel
Shakir
Moore
Davis
(with Brady gone and the team using normal NFL schemes, this group is fine -- Moore and Samuel are way better than they've been being used)
Dawkins
Edwards
McGovern
Torrence
Brown
(Anderson)
Prater/Wishnowsky/Ferguson
Rousseau
Walker
Oliver
Bosa
Epenesa
Jones
Ogunjobi
Hoecht
Thompson
Milano
Williams
(Bernard)
Benford
Hairston
Johnson (he's washed but we have no alternative)
**veteran
(White)
Bishop
Poyer
**veteran
Hancock
(Rapp)-

I think #Bills Joe Brady and Bobby Babich should both be fired over the bye week.
It's the only chance to salvage this season.
And if the Bills don't turn this around significantly, a full reset is needed in the offseason -- no more Beane and McDermott.

There's a stale feeling throughout the fan base. There's a sense that last week/tonight might be the beginning of the end for this regime, giving way to NE. Ownership won't fire any time soon, so when I say the end, I'm referring to competing for Super Bowls. Every regime has a limited lifespan before things get stale. I'm on high alert for more signs of this tonight, as I would argue that the whole season, despite winning early, has had this feel. I hope to be pleasantly surprised and re-energized, but my confidence is very low.

YouTube offering military discount on renewals as well ($198.) I believe verbiage last year stated renewals wouldn’t receive the discount this year, but seems they’ve backed off that.
Military discount?! 😂
All these people talking about TV services they have that probably aren't legal but they're able to watch all of the NFL games and whatnot. I almost guarantee they're not watching in perfect HD on a TV. I bet it's a spammy laptop situation.

The better question is, "How much would you bet as an emotional hedge if your team were in the Super Bowl?" Probably $2,000.

Yes, it's the law (which is actually a lie) of supply and demand.

This will be our 3rd game at Carolina in 17 years and the Bills are 1-1
The Bills are the first game of a doubleheader

Fun notes:
Looks like no Buck-Aikman game for the Bills this year, very strange
If Bills win week 1, there's a great chance talk of an undefeated season starts to build, but I think Baltimore has a decided advantage in this spot
Chiefs will be on short rest coming to Buffalo; Bills are going to beat them in the regular season AGAIN
Dolphins are going to be a hot mess by week 10
Houston game is toughest W on the schedule to call, but I think Bills will be motivated
Cincinnati game is another hard call, but the Bills are due
Patriots are going to be a playoff-type team and will be really good by the end of the season, and they're coming off a bye before getting the Bills at home
I like the Bills at home late in the regular season against the Eagles sandwiched between two big games against Washington for them

Why isn't Kenneth Grant on the poll???

If we draft him, I have to listen to everyone say Harriston for 4-5 or more years...

Why is this a thread? Anyone can ask ChatGPT the same question and get a different result. ChatGPT isn't some novel thing anymore. If you aren't using it in your daily life -- or at least if you haven't replaced Google with it -- you're not trying at all.

This is definitely the year to do it.

This is a fact, not trying to stoke anything -- there's been a lot of discussion about potential racial bias.
My quick research shows that 70% of non-Caucasian voters voted Jackson.
So, there might be something to it, or it might be a coincidence.

It's really a great example of how cruel life and maybe karma are. You stuck by him for years and years, through college and the draft and building his career, then he's up there thanking a new woman for being his rock and "wouldn't be here without you" and you're just completely forgotten. Tough!

I have stopped taking football as seriously over the years, unfortunately its the only way to not be personally bothered by a game. Laughing is good - the bias stings and makes me question the integrity of the sport
And after you make this switch, winning the Super Bowl wouldn't mean as much... Which is why it's so hard to make the switch

The 2025 Current State of the Buffalo Bills is All on General Manager Brandon Beane
in The Stadium Wall

Shared with my brothers -- we are all in our late thirties and early forties:
Some might say it's an overreaction, but is it? Or is it all just really really true?
I think this might be worse than the drought. It's potentially worse because you can feel the prime window slipping away -- worst nightmare coming true. Of course it's the Bills who couldn't win (or even get to!) a Super Bowl with an all-time QB. Of course it's the Bills who are on the verge of setting a record for playoff futility. Of course the Chiefs just continue to be great through it all and will deal the '90s Bills one final loss this January when they advance to their fourth consecutive Super Bowl. And of course it's Mike Vrabel and Josh McDaniels undoing our dominance -- like a continuation of a nightmare that never really ended. It's worse than the drought because at least then we were building from nothing and had hope of change. Now we know we have probably YEARS of mid upcoming, continuing to fall short, changes not being made, and there's nothing we can do about it, except hope that maybe it will be different in, I don't know, 10 years with a new QB and regime? When we're in our 50s and the possibility of the Bills not doing it in our lifetime really becomes really real?
(And of course there are more important things in life. This is strictly inside the vacuum.)
