With Ziggy, Buffalo could easily have the #1 defense in 2019. Also, Jerry Hughes could be gone in 2020 so I am hoping for a 2 + year deal.
I think he is looking for something longer than a 1 year deal to see if his shoulder is OK. 2+ would make him happy! The Bills have the cap room.

Might be a little too early to give away the '95' number but that would be so awesome.
#94 would look so sleek on him
Is this entire post worth the space - - kids?

Also, more than a bit of a ‘locker-room lawyer’, so I’ve read. Some call him the instigator for today’s NFLPA.
.
so true as stated above. how many other QB's for the Bills were ever carried off the field by the fans??

shady may not have 1200 yards 50 receptions and 10+ Tds this season, but he’s not “done”. I think he’s set up for a very nice season. We’ll be able to keep him fresh and, MOST importantly, we’ll be extending drives. Getting first downs. It was difficult last season (unless josh Allen was running) behind that OL.
Extending drives with 3 backs coming in-and-out of the line-up is so important.

I think you want fan culture vs. Bills culture. Bills fans are defined by faith and passion. Bills fans have faith that this year is the year, every year, never mind what others say. No fan base is more passionate; Bills fans proudly wear their Bills gear wherever they are. They come out in any weather, under any circumstances to support their team, in opposing stadiums or not. That passion is sometimes shown in extreme ways such as table diving. But passion and faith, even after 17 years with no playoffs. That's the basis of the culture.
so many years without being on top of the League and WE still get excited on a game day for the Bills.

I'm fine with him, but it does seem his paycheck is too large for the role he is playing. Hopefully that doesn't impact us negatively in the future.
Anybody know the details of his contract and when the Bills have a good out?
Dead cap is is $18 mil this year - not trade friendly. Next year it drops to 1/2 of that number.

This whole thing feels off. I am nervous that whatever team signs him will have to pay wayyyy too much and end up getting very little production.
OFF is the word. Strange.

I don't think we're ready for a SB run this year, so no, I wouldn't give away a first round pick in 2020 for a pipe dream in 2019. Also not real excited about a trade for Clowney; I suspect too many are over-rating him.
Yeah - stay put & enjoy the ride

Two years of gentle progress in the win column seems fine

Seeing that potential line in writing gets me very excited.
Nsekhe 6' 8", 325 lb
Dawkins 6' 5", 320 lb
Morse 6' 6", 305 lb
Spain 6' 5", 335 lb
Ford 6' 4" 329
Time to get nasty upfront!

Anderson is really a consultant at this point. If he sees the field again this season, something has gone horribly wrong... Again!
So true - his head can't take anymore
and -I'm sick of the process stuff after the draft and F/A signings - now it's all about winning games - -period - - -

Personally, I wish they would eliminate the team guests announcing the picks. Who really cares and it all drags on too long. I felt bad for Jim Brown as he was looking shaky

Tyree Jackson has serious accuracy issues, Johnson had trouble separating from DBs in the MAC, and Hodge ran a 5 flat at his pro day
Tyree & Haskins tied for the lowest QB Wonderlic Score in the draft. Haskins showed his stuff when he was selected

In these two days one thing is for sure, the front office has done its job by recruiting the needs of the team.
Yes it has and I love it!

It's a smart pick. No value at WR or TE here. They'll get one later.

When the agents figured out they were losing money because their clients were being called "tweeners". Well he's maybe a DE or an OLB if he drops a few pounds in the right scheme... No, wait! he's an Edge Rusher! That's the ticket!
Well Bruce came into the league over 300 lbs. Then he started with the Jiffy Pop and wearing out Stair Master machines after his rookie year.
It was a different era of football. We had Jeff Wright playing NT at 270 and Phil Hansen at LDE at 272

My thoughts as well. It's clear that Allen, Edmunds, and White are disgusted with the pick!
Shaq was disgusted also

Now that we've spent another first round pick on defense, let's use the rest of the draft on offense.
WR
TE
OL
Dalton Risner OT is a good, tough kid!

He runs straight up with tight hips and reminds me of Reggie Rogers from our old days.
