Truthfully if the rumored schedule from YPP is true as a fan it is hot garbage the first half. Team wise I like the mini byes they get with the TNF game and the fact the big four games are spread out (KC PHI BAL CIN).
But four of the first seven at night is honestly a buzzkill and really frustrating especially with two at home eliminating two good weather games at 1 or 4. Additionally finishing at home vs NY week 18 kinda blows because it very likely will not matter. CBS with KC meaning more Romo is soul killing, I cannot understand how SNF/MNF are not allowed that game and were stuck with that idiots non stop opinions.
The Jets game week 18 will matter because it will be the last regular season game at the Ralph ever and maybe the last ever pending our standing at the time.

I like your enthusiasm and would take that all day long. But somehow I get to 9 wins with this sked.
I'm with him 12-5 or 13-4. If that's the schedule it is very favorable for the Bills.

30. Buffalo Bills: Maxwell Hairston, CB, Kentucky
Rang: The Bills needed defensive playmakers in this draft to help Josh Allen get over the top and into the Super Bowl, and they certainly found a playmaker in the 2025 Combine speed champ. Hairston, who wins with pure man-to-man cover skills and big-play flair, returning half of his six career touchdowns back for touchdowns. This is one of my favorite picks given his talent and fit with a team needing a "finisher."

30. Buffalo Bills
Maxwell Hairston, CB, Kentucky
Hairston is one of the smallest players in this draft, standing 5'11" and 183 pounds. He’s also one of the fastest after running a 4.28 40-time at the combine. In three years with the Wildcats, Hairston played 32 games including 20 starts. In 2024, he was limited to seven games with a shoulder injury. The year prior, he led the SEC with five interceptions. —MV
Scouting report: Hairston has the instincts, footwork and fluidity to thrive in both man and zone systems. Hairston is confident and smart, which enables him to play man coverage and balance responsibilities in zone. He had two pick-sixes in 2023. He provides very little in run support, but in coverage, he has the athleticism and refinement to be a starter. —DF

30. Bills: Maxwell Hairston, CB, Kentucky
Grade: A
I love this pick as much as any. He is my top corner not named Travis Hunter. The Bills need corner help and he is an aggressive corner who will help upgrade that position. He will be an immediate starter.

The chance of Albert Collins dropping to #56 isn't great. Who is the next 1 tech on the big board if Collins doesn't drop?
If I were a betting man I would say the Bills like Farmer the dt out of Florida State. They have met with him a lot and also Landon Jackson. Not pick tipping but that's my guess for tomorrow.

I hope we aren't stuck taking a guy with a 2nd round grade, in the first round
The rumor was the Bills only had 1st round grades on 12 guys. No way one of our first round grades are still available unless Will is one of them.

The crying here is SHOCKING. His CEILING is Wilkins and he’ll likely never hit it. And even with Wilkins they never beat us.The question is will he constantly hit and grab at Allen's crotch like Wilkins did when he played against the Bills.

Sorry if this has been mentioned before, but if the Bills wanted to get back into the 3rd round, while keeping their 1st and 2 2nd rounders, what would it take with their remaining draft picks to move back up into round 3?
Going by the chart .. our first fourth and first 5th pick would add up to enough to get us into the back two picks of the 3rd round. Add on top of that if yo are trying to get higher.

Everything I've read says he is either going to follow Rodgers where he ends up signing or ending up on a west coast team. Wouldn't mind him on the Bills if the price is right but I doubt we sign him.

rapp and bishop should but it will be rapp and hamlin. McClappy sticks with his favorites and Hamlin is one of his favorites.

The Jags don't have nearly the talent as years past, however, the Ravens "can" be dangerous if they finally figure out how to put it all together and King Henry always seems to have good games against us........the Jags aren't scaring anyone this year.
Not really, Henry has had one really good game against us. Every other time we held him to around 60 yards.

W1 vs Cardinals at home Bills win 1-0
w2 vs Dolphins in Miami (toss up but we own Miami) Bills W 2-0
W3 vs Jacksonville (Jacksonville own us) Bills loss 2-1
W4 vs Baltimore (Toss up but I feel our d scheme plays well against Baltimore) Bills W 3-1
W5 vs Houston - Loss after tough matchup against Ravens I think we won't be in this game 3-2
W6 vs Jets - Bills want revenge in their stadium after the stinker last year Win 4-2
W7 vs Ten - Bills win5-2
W8 vs Seattle - Bills win 6-2
W9 vs Miami - Bills own Miami 7-2
W10 vs Indy - Bills win 8-2
W11 vs Chiefs - Bills lose 8-3
W12 vs Bye 8-3
W13 vs San Fran Bills lose 8-4
W14 vs LA - Bills win 9-4
W15 vs Det - Bills win 10-4
W16 vs Pats - Bills win 11-4
W17 vs Jets - Bills lose due to over confidence and Jets playing for playoff hopes 11-5
W18 vs Pats - Bills win 12-5
Probably wrong on a loss or win here and there but I am pretty confident in 12 -5 as the overall record this year. That week 2 through 5 and 11 through 15 stretch is going to be brutal though.

What would you prefer? A Big Trade ISN'T happening. So the list of perimeter WR's of note available at this point are Corey Davis, JuJu Smith-Schuster, Michael Thomas, Randall Cobb, Marquise Goodwin, or Martavis Bryant. Given the age and injury history with some on the list, you could argue Davis *is* the best FA option.
If he signs and it doesn't work, they don't make the roster and we stick with what we have. I don't understand outrage over the possibility of adding options. If you're upset that we didn't do more before this, that's fair, but that ship has sailed. It shouldn't mean we don't try what we can do now.
Actually, the Redskins signed Martavius Bryant a couple days ago I believe.

Last season the Bills only had 5 WRs active for game day. The others were inactive or on the practice squad.
At least at the beginning of the season last season:
- Diggs
- Davis
- Shakir
- Sherfield
- Harty
Harty was the KR and back up slot so he took one of the slots last season.
That leaves only 4 left to be active on gameday. Maybe it is
- Claypool
- MVS
- Shakir
- Samuels
- KR ???
- Coleman inactive at least for the first few games.
Is their any indication from OTA's who is taking Kickoffs and Punt returns ? That could tell us alot about the top 5
My guess is Shakiir and Daquan Hardy end up our returners.
Last year we had Shakiir returning kicks and punts, doubt we change that this year. The other returner was Harty who we cut.
We drafted Daequan Hardy this year for his return ability/ cb depth, got to think he will be one of them as his return ability was mentioned specifically by Beane post draft presser.
Then we will keep a practice squad wr one of Andy isabella or KJ hamler incase we need an injury replacement for a return guy.

I don't follow otas personally. I start to care once the pads are on and preseason games are going. All otas are puff pieces and hey everyone looks great in shorts.
-
I'd be fine with Troy Franklin, one of the Xaviers or Mitchell. So I will be happy regardless at this point.

Nah, thankfully Gabe Davis will be a Giant. He has been on a visit this offseason and is still in touch with them.
