  1. Nice tackle Good no call on face mask. He never grabbed it
  2. Agree. I'm not sure he ever even held him. The defender is allowed to stand his ground. Chase just tried to run him over and then break to the corner They never even had their rules analyst comment because they know it was crap call
  3. He regained control before the knee hit. Coleman did not.
  4. We have two healthy TEs, Cook, and Shakir. How many years did Brady even have that? Allen and Brady need to step up
  5. AFC EAST Bills North Ravens South Texans West KC WC Steelers, Chargers, Broncos (they win 7th seed in week 17 with KC resting everyone) NFC East Eagles (they still play Washington twice and Daniels is still a rookie) North Lions South Atlanta (Don't trust Cousins but Tampa has too many injuries) West Rams (Best coach in a weak division) WC Minn, Washington, Green Bay
  6. And that's a bad thing? Of course it can be disruptive. The whole thing just doesn't feel right because Hamlin just isn't that good. Does Hamlin get graded on a curve because of his past? Or is he really just better than Edwards? Doesn't matter now. Hopefully Hyde is signed to the PS soon. The starter to pair with Bishop next year is probably not on the roster right now. Thank you!
  7. Where was it written he had a bad attitude? And didn't put forth effort? Are you just speculating? If I remember he was the starting safety in camp until he got hurt. Obviously that is just training camp though.
  8. Yup. He's just not been very good at getting great players. Oliver was overdrafted and while solid has not been close to a top 10 pick. Rousseau is very good but inconsistent. So many other wasted drafted picks and cap space on mediocre to bad players. Miller looked like he was going to be a great signing until the injury. My only issue with that was not trading for him a year earlier. I would have gladly given up two forst rounders for Myles or Max. I wouldn't be surprised if the first 5 picks next year weren't CB, Edge, DT, S, and edge again.
  9. Colts are not a good passing team. If there is any doubt just start Elam and dress Benford for emergency use only.
  10. No defense of Johnson and everything you said is correct. Rodgers contract and his person is an albatross around that franchise. Maybe they can get one more decent year of play out of him, but my guess is he is a post June 1 cut and he retires. My counter is .... Collins, Losman, Edwards, EJ Manuel, Peterman. Bills sucked at drafting a QB until they got one. 49ers gave away multiple picks for Trey Lance only to find a capable starter in the 7th round. They are in QB purgatory like Bills were for nearly 20 years. Just means they need to keep trying. Why can't they get three starters from one draft? Bills got 3 in 2023, 4 in 2022, and 3 in 2021 if you count Hamlin now. It can be done. But I agree finding the QB is the great challenge. Why would anyone have wanted to coach the Bills? The Cowboys with their meddlesome owner? The Jags with their overseas owner, London games, and dispassionate fan base? Because they are one of 32 NFL HC jobs and only a few of those are open every year. Johnson could very well wait or go to college but their are far worse rosters/situations in the NFL than the Jets.
  11. If any other team was signing these guys, we would call it desperate and dumpster diving. Goof thing is they know the system, should be healthy, and really only need to be placeholders until Carter gets back.
  12. How many teams that will have HC openings aren't dysfunctional? Bills were dysfunctional until they drafted Allen. Lions were dysfunctional and are no longer. I agree the Jets are a mess. Let's not forget though they have a Lombardi (lol wasn't called that in 1968) and have been to twice as many AFC Championship games in the 21st century than the Bills have. If they take Allen instead of Darnold the last 7 years is a much different history.
  13. He hasn't played in a month for a team that is 2-7. I'd rather ask Suh to get off the couch and come play. We could use his nasty streak on the line.
  14. Where would he go? Dallas has many of the right pieces in place. Unlikely but possible Bengals fire Taylor. Philly is playing well now so it seems unlikely they will fire their guy. Jacksonville may fire Pederson but is Lawrence a true franchise QB? Can't think off the top of my head any other good spots. Jets have some nice building blocks. You don't think a good defense, Wilson, and Hall are decent?
  15. I'd still worry about the Jets. They have the best CB, best DL, and second best WR in the AFC East. They have a good cheap RB. They still have Adams under contract for next year. They screwed up with their OLine. They can fix that with one draft. Cut Rodgers and designate him a post June 1st cut. Tank the rest of this year. Draft QB OT, OL, and DB next year. Go after Ben Johnson. If he can make Goff work he can probably do the same with another QB. See if you can get lucky like Tampa and Minnesota has with a retread QB for a year. Justin Fields or someone like that.
  16. Um because with all due respect we have seen this story before...Allen trying to overcome McDermott's defense. Right now we can't reliably stop the run or rush the passer. We can limit big plays which is important. Bills D has legitimately been great in one playoff game - Bills Ravens 2020 season. Best hope is to draw Bengals as the 6th seed and hope to avoid Chargers or Ravens in the second round. In Allen we must trust!
  17. I think this actually makes Baltimore worse..so sad but he can't play any longer
  18. Cmon Beane get an Edge rusher and sign Hyde to the PS
  19. I just respectfully completely disagree. First of all the linebackers aren't going to change next year. It's Bernard and Williams. Milano may come back this year but he will be 15 months removed from playing a NFL game and will likely be a cap casualty this off season. The SS for 2025 is already on the roster. A FS is not going to be make it break this team's success. If Cooper is healthy they have more than enough weapons on offense. They are a pass rusher away from being a much better defense. AJE and Miller are just not good enough. Oliver is too inconsistent. They just need to add one capable edge rusher and they have a real shot at the SuperBowl This insanity of always waiting for next year and protecting future lottery picks is respectfully just ludicrous.
  20. We have Josh Allen. We can beat anybody on any given day. Stop thinking about tomorrow. Win now!!!
  21. Why? They have a great Oline. Great CBs. Cooper makes the WR group hiod. RB group is excellent. TEs are ok. We have the QB. We should be win now all the time. What if next year Josh breaks his right hand not his left hand? Bills are one pass rusher away from an excellent team. They are not going to bench Hamlin unless he gets hurt. So safety is not really in play They don't need another WR with Cooper, Shakir, and Samuel even if Coleman misses a few weeks. Time is now to mortgage the future for a DE. Think about it. Would you trade Elam and Kincaid for Myles Garrett. Hell yes! Late round first round draft picks are still a crap shoot. Beane has repeatedly missed on drafting DL. Go get a veteran pass rusher. My quick review says Garett's base salary for this year is only a little over a million dollars. Almost all his salary has already been paid as a bonus. So they can fit him under the cap, just need to be willing to give up the draft picks!
  22. It's a wrist. So probably not
