Dont care. The current process takes far too long. Hire a million immigration lawyers and make them citizens.

One filled out a bunch of paperwork and waited a million years, the other didn’t. Both contribute to this great nation of immigrants.

sorry, but I’m not changing my stance. I welcome all immigrants.

    Then you are daft.

Correct, we patriotic Americans want to continue the tradition of taking in the poor huddled masses yearning to breath free and give them the full benefits of citizenship. Anyone who doesn’t want to do so is anti-American in my book.

Let me say this slowly so it may sink in - Leee-gulll Immm-mmaaa_grrrraaaa-shhhhuuuunnnn is not the problem it is the thousands of unvetted ILLLLL-LEEEE-GULLL IMMMMM-MAAAA-GRRRRR-ANNNTSSS that is the very big problem. I'm sure you can figure out why.

She was there in case Feds couldn't coax enough people into the Capitol on J6.

In that event then the bomb hoax where the VP elect was nearly killed by a vast conspiracy of blood thirsty MAGA insurrectionists, thereby not allowing her to be present at the Capitol for the vote certification is put into action.

And voila theres your MAGA insurrection without anyone even going into the Capitol.

As we know, plan B wasn't necessary and but for a few real journalists the rest of the media has dutifully ignored the J6 pipe bomb scandal.

It is this exactly. Planting dummy pipe bombs that would be discovered before they detonated to save this country from insurrection.

I was curious about this too so I did some digging.  Different state laws.  Missouri law makes it illegal to release the names of juveniles charged with crimes if they're under 18.  This will change if they're tried as adults.  Wisconsin is one of only three states (Georgia and Texas being the others) that don't offer that same protection as 17 year olds are required by law to be tried as adults.  Thus, Rittenhouse wasn't offered the same protections.

    Thanks for the clarification.

The befriending of dictators is so easy here that I can’t believe you’re even asking this question

If it's so easy then show me. Show me one policy decision made under Trump that did not have the best interest of this country at the core. You want to say he is a jerk? I agree. You want to say he is a narcissist? I am with you. You want to say he made mistakes by running his mouth? I hear you. But if you can show me a policy that Trump made that harmed this country I am waiting.

We are a country built from immigrants. I don’t need any isolationist racist president in the oval office. Thank you very much.

I don’t need a president that bellies up to dictators and trashes his own people to agree with them love letters to dictators not needed

I don’t need a president that uses the office power to try to remain president

I don’t need a president that preaches hate

As far as policy goes, Trump really didn’t have a lot of policy other than enriching himself

So no Trump policy decisions that were made upset that you disagreed with. Thanks for the honest answer.

With any due respect … this is all crap.

I'm not into wordsmithing or Whataboutism.

Keep telling yourself that guns aren’t the problem.  And keep twisting statistics to back it up.

I’m not interested in participating in either.

    Well, bye.

This is the kind of disgusting response that people who don't live up their obligations opine.

There is no treaty/formal codification of NATO obligations.

There was definitely an understanding of an agreed to %of GDP expenditures.

It could be more accurately stated:

"We in NATO never signed a formal commitment regarding GDP % directed to maintain our military capability. We are quite happy to task the US taxpayer to uphold our deterrent threat," and we have done exactly that for a very long time.

They know this already, it's a trap.

O line could have played worse for many  different ressons and it's extremely shallow just to isolate it to one player going out. (Who's a below average player pretty objectively)

Could have played worse for many different reasons? I was watching Feliciano the whole game and thought he was doing a good job. When he went down the Chiefs D-Line made plays.

Look, I don't care one bit for the 9ers or Feliciano I was just giving my opinion on the situation.

trump was prez in 2019.  what is a lie?  be specific.

do you have problems with this analysis from conservative Brookings from 2017?  again, be specific.

    https://www.brookings.edu/articles/trump-remains-a-nato-skeptic/

"This makes President Trump look weak and indecisive—weak because he is gutting America’s position of strength in Europe, and indecisive because his administration is at sixes and sevens on Article 5. Is he really in favor or opposed to it? No one knows for sure.  And weakness and indecision can be provocative.

The great risk is that Vladimir Putin will see an opportunity. In Trump, Putin has a president who is largely aligned with his worldview. But Putin’s problem is that Trump is constrained. He cannot deliver sanctions relief. He cannot deliver a new Yalta agreement to grant Russia a sphere of influence. He cannot even meet Putin for a one-on-one summit, such is the level of opposition in the United States.

Trump acknowledged as much in a rambling press conference in February. He said:

[T]he false, horrible, fake reporting makes it much harder to make a deal with Russia. And probably Putin said “you know.” He’s sitting behind his desk and he’s saying “You know, I see what’s going on in the United States, I follow it closely. It’s going to be impossible for President Trump to ever get along with Russia because of all the pressure he’s got with this fake ..."

Here is a more recent article that explains why Trump made the statement about NATO. Hint: It worked.
