    Their punter did a good job of pinning us deep. He was dialed in. A few I wanted Hines to let bounce by him for a better chance of going into the EZ vs him fielding them on the 3 yard line.

    Knox just can't take advantage of the opportunities he is given to be that consistent TE we need. All the tools except for reliable hands. Would not hurt this team to keep exploring TEs in the draft.

    Groot runs by him too high on his rush and Epenesa weakly slaps at him as he runs past him - nice to see all his weight training paying off on the field. Is there a player on this defense that knows how to actually tackle and not just try to grab guys high. All you are going to get is broken arm tackles.

    Damn... Passes to Knox, Singletary, and Morris? I love seeing these guys involved more....and the ball came out quick and those were on schedule plays.

    Yep. Allen not dialed in...too amped up. Have to throw in a QB run, let him get some contact to take his edge off.

    Field looks good actually. I do hope it starts snowing, just because I love watching those games.

    That description from Palmer about his own experience during practice trying to throw also explains some of the quizzical looks Allen has had after some poor throws, like, "what the hell was that?"... I was thinking that he was just trying to take too much off his balls to make catches easier, but the lack of velocity on some of those throws now makes a bit more sense.
