  1. Actually we are one and a half. Since Miami had a bye. The problem is this team has not shown any ability or desire to win, and look completely ill prepared and poorly coached. Therefore things look dismal for any short term hope. Last year, even though we started 0-4, we didn't get outplayed or seem to make as many glaring errors in coaching. The Jacksonville game was our if Nate knocks the ball down, Oakland was ours if Travis doesn;t trip on his shadow, New England was ours until Travis ran the wrong way and knocked the ball out of Drews hands for the TD return, and the Jets game was ours until the last minute let down by the defense to let them win. There was hopein every game. This year if we get behind we haven't shown the ability to catch up again, and when we are ahead, we look like keystone cops.
  2. Only one of those was a QB draw. They other two were scrambles. So it so really 15/15. That is unacceptable with Willis, and a young QB.
  3. Too bad he didn't do one with the fans afterwards. We might have needed to hire a new GM, and he would have disappeared with cement shoes into the gulf.
  4. If the feds get out of the business of medical care (medicaid and medicare), then what is a private hospital supposed to do in that situation?
  5. Okay, so what do you do with the people who show up at the hospital with a kid, broken arm, no money and no insurance?
  6. Since he subbed a whole game for the MLB, and half of another he should have a lot of tackles. That position almost always has the most on a team. Add to that, Spikes missed most of two games.
  7. Probably me. We used to do that sh-- in school. Really stupid now that you look back at it.
  8. Not sure what game Mularkey is watching, but he says they are running on more than 50% of the 1st and 2nd down plays. I have checked this and every week it is closer to 60% throwing on 1st and 2nd. He has no clue what the !@#$ he is looking at.
  9. When you are moving and rolling, you tend to get off balance a little, and that also forces either the hop throw that JP was doing during preseason or again laying back too much and throwing off the back. The best way to correct it, is leave him in the pocket, give him a reduced number of reads and then have him run if possible. Right now he is locking onto his prime receiver anyhow, so alternate routes don't matter. If you send three guys in route, give him only two reads, it might help. But the rollouts, will only make the problem worse especially if going downfield.
  10. You know it's easy to criticize. Any suggestions Comrade Darin? Or are you going to continue being a prick?
  11. Oh yeah I think I projected 7-9. Boy I look so wrong now. But I am hoping JP comes around a little.
  12. No, you don't check the list if you have a validated insurance card. Are you that dense. You only go on the list if you are reported as turning down insurance from your employer. Actually at our work we are required to take it, $60 a month, unless you can show proof you have other insurance. Since we have family coverage due, since we have a child, under my wifes and it is 10 times better then what my insurance covers. Hence I am under hers and mine is opted out. Too bad they don't pay us what the premiums are if we opt out.
  13. It's usually footwork. Not properly stepping into the throw. The ball tends to go high. Look at high fast ball pictchers. Same thing. Losman is using his arm strength and throwing too much off the back foot. It's tough to really tell, but he does.
  14. Wanna go back and look at my posts before the season? Gandy does suck. That's why we have no TE's in routes. He is getting double help on every play. Nope, I defended Lindell, but also recognized his limits. I was one of the few defending Reed and Wire. I still think Reed is out best 3rd WR and best guy to go across the middle. I don't believe Roscoe will hold up in the NFL. Show me where Clements has been beat. He hasn't. As far as Vincent or Milloy goes it's hard to tell as they have been playing run support to coverup for the bad DT play, and missing LBers that their first step is in. Kind of tough to react off from that. Nope, I believe I have said TB was gonna be okay. However I also thought the same about Arizona and it appears I was wrong there. Both teams looked like they wanted to improve in the off season. Unfortunately, Villarrial probably is our best Offensive Lineman. And that's sad. Yes I thought Miami was going to suck, TO is a cancer, never said how Pat was going to affect Minny, and no the Colts started to improve on D last year. What I didn't suspect was how much Indys O was going to be hurting this year. I also thought other, and trust me, I have been right a lot more than 50% of the time.
  15. Crayola helmet boy.
  16. I do the same as you. The answer would be yes. However since you have an insurance card they would not need to check it as long as the insurance covers you, wouldn't they?
  17. But "Can you drive a six-inch spike into a board with your penis?" She has her standards.
  18. What top tier guy would you have wanted. With the signing bonuses Fletch, Spikes, Milloy and Vincent got, they were upper tier. There is noone that we could have had to fit under the cap that would have helped. I contend we have some decent talent, poorly coached, and defensively we have good talent starting but the backups suck for the most part. Oline sucks, but who was out there to sign? You throw stones, but I don't see anyone really available. However coaches can be had, and we have not gone there. We have small market coaches.
  19. We have a local boy coaching the oline. So what, just because he is from Buffalo doesn't make him a God send. We have had a Tenny D coordinator who is a damn good DC but not quite ready for HC and a couple of Pittsburgh rejects come in here.
  20. What??? All the teams have the same salary cap. We can spend as much or as little as rules permit. This team has spent plenty of money bringing in some top tier talent (Spikes, Bledsoe, Fletcher, Milloy, Vincent,etc...) What we haven't done is spend the money on top tier coaching. We need to have the staff consist of the Walshes, the Fishers, etc... not the Pittsburgh connection rejects.
  21. 7-9 his first year, but he didn't start. 8-8 his second, but again he was not named the starter until later in the year. Then 8-8 his first 2 full years starting. 13-3 his third year starting. The point was Mcnair has had some good year when the Titans didn't have a lot of talent. And I would take his coach every day of the week over ours.
  22. I don't know, Steve McNair has had some pretty good season when Tenny was without a lot of talent.
  23. Fire Clements and Mularkey.
  24. Not really. He wasn't that effective in game one either. You're just skewed because it was a win. Go back and look we passed too much that game as well, hence why we got bogged down inside the 20's.
  25. Or better yet. If your employer offers insurance and you refuse it, you go into a national database, and all free medical service priviledges are denied to you.
