  1. That's okay Poojer doesn't have any.
  2. Spit it out.
  3. The boys in love, you expect him to make sense. He's probably marrying some liberal women who will turn him into a neutered kitty in no time at all.
  4. Is that why you act like a bigger ogre on lots of occassions?
  5. Personal???? These are all your polical views on things. There is nothing personal about them . Or do you deny that you are Pro smoking, pro union, pro full medical benefits if member of said union, anti-spa, anti-gay? The fact is every decision winds up involving the government, raising my taxes, etc.... and that has an affect on me.
  6. Do we go to the spa today?
  7. To be honest, I kind of lumped CTM and stojan together. Two peas in a pod. A Tall pod mind you but same pod.
  8. Hey you changed your response. I was gonna say that's okay, some 3 year old are probably taller then me. Yes as a matter of fact I am.
  9. But they get twice as much and free health care if they are union members or smoke in public.
  10. Show some sympathy.
  11. Doesn't he know that the federal government should build him a house and they shuld be expected to pay for any education.
  12. JP is not a rookie, first off. Secondly, go compare some folks who sat for most of their rookie years and then started their second years. Favre is a good example. While he was great, he posted solid numbers his second year, which was his first year starting.
  13. No he really is an idiot. Good QB, but an idiot anyways.
  14. You said: In my book, changing marginal rates from 15%, 28% 31% and 35% to 15%, 25%, 30% and 33% does not qualify as lowering rates, when you are also getting rid of the home interest & state tax deductions. If you drop the marginal rate to 20% for everyone, and kill all deductions, then it's a plan. I then posted my numbers. To which you said no, by posting the WSJ. My point was those are subjective "panel" numbers, while I posted real number from the HMFIC.
  15. Yeah, but I knew I had seen those numbers, and you sure were pretty quick to correct me Goliath.
  16. Then I was more correct then GG. Here is the proposal: I just had the last number wrong as I was going from memory, I thought it was 10,15,20, and 25: Replacing the current tax rates of 15, 28, 31, 36, and 39.6 percent with a simplified rate structure of 10, 15, 25, and 33 percent (see Appendix for rate schedule); http://www.whitehouse.gov/news/reports/taxplan.html
  17. I did if you will have read the rest of my posts. But of course if it isn't in the first paragraph you don't read it.
  18. Okay, I had heard lower numbers bantered around. That sucks if only 2%. And again, I reiterate I don't like it but will listen and then reject it.
  19. Not sure where you got those numbers. My understanding is it will not be a flat tax for everyone, but will be more like 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%. In addition, there would be dedecutions for medical savings, further savings for retirement deductions, etc...
  20. I don't know. I don't like the idea of eliminating these deductions either. But I am willing to listen to any and all ideas and not just throw out half truths to garner people to my way of thinking.
  21. Like sh-- could actually put together two coherent sentences, let alone some of the beauties that ieatcranyonz did.
  22. See that little highlighted blue 2 on the bottom. That means there is a second page. On it the following is written: "From my experience, I know that he believes strongly in broadening the [income tax] base, lowering the rates and taking the tax code out of business decisions. That's where he would start; those key fundamental philosophies will lead his decisions," said Mark Weinberger, a former assistant Treasury secretary for tax policy, now a vice chairman of Ernst & Young LLP.
  23. He played last year, plus a bunch of preseason games for two years. So it is a little more than 240. Actually he didn't even play 240 this year as he was bench a few times. Plus all that college doesn't count?
  24. I guess you missed the part that said rates would be dramatically reduced as well. The lower income familifies should like this as they would pay even less in taxes. I don't like the ideas in the "plan" as presented but to say they are just eliminating deductions and omitting some of the other facts from the story is pretty amateur of you.
  25. Which means that Marblehead and Kevin Gilbride in a Tom Clements suit will probably pass a lot more.
