  1. They are coming to protect a child.
  2. 2005 Scouting Report - Scouts Inc. Grade: 73 | Key Alert: D Comment: The more space he's in the less effective he becomes. He has some trouble reaching the second level and will struggle at times to hit moving targets. He winds up lunging occasionally when he can't get in position. He will have some trouble against elite speed rushers off the edge, as he will have to over-extend to get set at times and will leave himself vulnerable to the outside-in double moveHe is technically sound, knows his assignments and does a great job with positioning. He works to finish his blocks and he gets lots of pancakes in the running game. He overwhelms a good majority of defenders at the POA and will simply engulf them once he's in position. He bends his knees and plays with decent leverage. He shows adequate body control and mirror-and-slide skills

More Again B word all you want about Bennie, but he is still in the top 30 guards in the NFL with 32 teams that means he is well within starting quality. But of course we ran Rueban out of town, oh how he sucked. Tell me again. He has been a damn good guard for Chicago.
  4. Again not sure what you guys are seeing, but I'll take a professional scouting view and my own observations: 2005 Scouting Report - Scouts Inc. Grade: 72 | Key Alert: None Comment: He is a nasty player that is very physical at the point of attack and undersized interior defenders are a mismatch against him. He is a mauler with the ability to move the pile and create seams, even vs. the premier two gap defenders. As a pass protector, Anderson displays the ability to react to what he sees and has a nice feel for picking up stunts and recognizing the blitz. He can handle any defender of equal size and bulk to his own and can really anchor the point vs. the league's best bull rushers. However, Anderson does not possess great overall athletic ability and his agility is hampered by his weight. He is not in great condition and would really benefit from losing twenty pounds. He lacks initial quickness off the football and as a result, he struggles to get to the second level.
  5. We can. I asked this the other day. But I guess the gentlemen agreement is only for the team owned by men.
  6. There would already be 20 pages of Bush bad. But since it is retards president then it goes unnoticed and is acceptable to have protester incarcerated. http://www.breitbart.com/news/2006/03/06/D8G64BA01.html
  7. Better then jerseyites fighting poles and squirting dogs with ammonia.
  8. Good for them. If the Supreme Court said it was a state issues, and a state decides to ban it, what's the big deal. If the state doesn't like it then the mojority can elect new representatives. Can't have it every way you want.
  9. I am still trying to figure out why you have time to sit around watching pizzas get cold. I guess when your dog is sleeping you need to fill in the down time.
  10. Why would you watch a cold pizza? Or a dog lick himself?
  11. That's pertinant, and I care why? BTW, I too have them and was copying to DVD which gave me the opportunity to rewatch them. Hence, the reason I know. The Cincy game IMHO is where he really shined. BTW, so glad that you know so much about what it takes to be a guard in the NFL and that it is so easy to switch from side to side. Seems to be that when you do that your instincts to react based on direction changes since you have to look and react differently depending on the side. But since you obviously have played as an NFL guard an know all that I'll defer to your vaste personal knowledge.
  12. http://proxy.espn.go.com/chat/chatESPN?event_id=10988 Dougie Fresh (DC): Is Losman the long-term answer for Buffalo? Gary Horton: I think it's a very interesting question. I'm not sure the answer is yes. I think Buffalo made a big mistake on getting rid of Bledsoe and annointing Losman. I just don't think he was ready. He has great physical tools but what bothers me is all the rumors I hear, and they are rumors, that he has an unbelievably cocky personality that rubs people the wrong way and doesn't prepare as much as he should. If that is true, it will be difficult for him to win his teammats and fans over in a blue-collar city with a great work ethic. The Bills are really in a bind right now at this position. Losman could easily go either way. Brad (Albuquerque): Given the problems you discussed about Losman, why wouldn't Buffalo cut their losses and draft Jay Cutler and just start all over? Gary Horton: I think that is difficult because Losman is so young and you really don't know what you have yet. Teams are very hesitant to start over at QB. This is a veteran team that a lot of people feel has underachieved. One of the big mistakes I thought the Bills made a year ago was giving the controls to an untested QB. For that reason, I don't think Buffalo wants to start over again. I think they feel OK with Holcomb for the short term if Losman isn't the guy. David (Toledo): Follow up to Brad's Losman/Cutler question...How soon is too soon to give up on a #1 draft pick, especially QB. Gary Horton: In a case like Losman, he had a year to run this team. Even though he had some injuries and he had some obvious setbacks. To me, 2005 was an on the job learning year. Now I think he gets one more chance. In my mind, he now knows what his weaknesses are, he knows what to do to improve, and if he doesn't make those adjustments this offseason, then I think a year from now you have to really evaluate if he was a guy we just overrated coming out of college. But the QB position is very difficult. It takes longer for the light to come on for some guys. Gary Horton: It's esp. difficult when you see on a daily basis the physical skills that a guy has to get it done and yet it doesn't trasfer to the field. That is when teams stay with a guy longer than they should. If we could measure their heart as easily as we measure their physical tools, we'd all make a lot less mistakes.
  13. I KNOW WHAT LAWN DARTS IS. I have never heard the term JART before.
  14. No I use real clubs. They are 2 degrees flat but standard length. stiff-extra stiff depending on shaft manufacturor.
  15. Yeah I am a ntive WNYer. But never heard of lawn jarts. I have played lawn DARTS before. What is lawn jarts?
  16. I think Chad Campbell maybe the up and comer. But you're right, Tiger could win 10+ tourneys this year unless someone steps up quickly.
  17. They're not white. There the other chocolate.
  18. What's lawn JARTS? Tigers got a lot of money in the bank, and a cute wife. Not bad for someone who doesn't play your type of sport. Anytime you think you can beat me on the course let me know.
  19. And again, tell me how good our running game was once Williams was benched. Not very good was it. Williams struggled against the pass but he was quite good in run blocking. Bad coaching and lack of good TE/FB blocking support was Williams downfall as much as poor motivation.
  20. Folks, we do not want that cancer on this team. He is a locker room menace and someone who doesn't play within a scheme. For those that railed on Milloy about being out of position a lot, it is 10x worse with Arrington. Milloy was out of position due to poor coaching adjustments. With Arrington he just does what Lavar decides to do. very difficult to coach when you only can tell what 10 of the guys are doing on any given play.
  21. Just because you guys keep saying it doesn't mean Anderson is bad. Just remember he had a career backup at his left side, a horrible center to his right, and he was playing a position LG that he was unaccustomed to. Again, go watch the last 5 games, once he adjusted, and he was our best lineman. In fact in the cincy game he was pulling and blowing people up, which is tough for someone his size. He is better suited for RG, but was able to adjust and did quite well with it. Just because a FA doesn't come in and perform miracles from day one, doesn't make him garbage. You guys want to give pass JP, Evans, Roscoe and Peters off as super stars and they haven't done sh--. But want to throw Moulds, Anderson, Reed, Vincent, and Clements out. Yet these guys are performing, in spite of the horrible coaching.
  22. NFL | Management wanted a three-day delay to salary cap compliance Sun, 5 Mar 2006 15:46:48 -0800 ESPN's Chris Mortensen reports NFL management wanted to extend the deadline to Wednesday, March 8, for team's to be in compliance with the NFL salary cap, but the players' union would only agree to a four-hour delay from the original 6 p.m. ET deadline. My bad, owners wanted 3 days, players didn;t.
  23. He has been in 5 tourneys, pulled out of one due to illness, lost the matchplays, but has won three tourneys now. He wasn't even playing that well today. Unbelievable.
  24. I see you got internet access under Bibs bed.
