So you're a sore loser.
You are an interesting type of person aren't you? Not in a good way either.
Lets see how many "Big Games" the patriots win without Tom Brady..... then lets chat.

Let's revisit this shall we... I mean we have this thread going for a while and I really want to hear what people that want him fired still have to say...

I would say based on history.
In big games, MCD definitely seems to get conservative IMO.
Think chiefs last year, Tampa this year etc
Tampa game is offset by the titants game this year.....
Please just stop for the love of everyone else's brain

funny thing is my wife asked today why I wasn't cheering/screaming about the game. Said I am saving it for next weekend lol. Lets hope Santa brings us a big fat W.
-
it is a W. Helps us in making the playoffs. That is all you can do. Win the next one and the playoff spot looks brighter.

Do you think that flag should’ve been thrown to extend that drive? When you need bad calls to move the ball, it’s not good. This team should not need these to win. They’re better than Carolina. That’s what it is.
I do not think it should have been thrown to be honest. But then again, last week when it mattered we didn't get a call that should have been called (diggs being held on 3rd and 2 in the end zone with 22 seconds left) so calls can go both ways.
Even if the drive isnt extended we would have been up by 9 still. I am ok with that. -

Hey everyone. It's 24-8.
Can you tell again how the game is too close?
Or are you just going to come back and complain if the Panthers score again?
Oh they will, that is just how some posters are.... its exhausting a bit. As well as the fire McDermott shtick they keep doing.

Finally, the OL gave him time.
I think that is the first time Josh had more than 3 seconds to throw. Insane how poorly the O-Line has been this game.

Josh has too many bad games to be considered a franchise. We should start planning for his replacement.
That is one of the dumbest things i have seen posted on this board. good job

C'mon, it's a fan forum. You're saying we can't say what we think because we're not, what, trained NFL evaluators? He disagrees with you. Deal with it.
you and anyone else can say whatever they want, and I am simply stating the value behind an opinion of someone with zero NFL experience is not worth much compared to those that actually have experience. So just deal with it..... yay good talk and thanks for the incite

No I am making an honest assessment (and yes my opinion). I don't know or can't attribute all the good things to him, like some do here. Maybe we are just so talented a team, that we cover up even more of his mistakes.
What I have seen this year though is no growth from him (in 2020 I applauded him for allowing the offense to open up and yep 300 yard passing games). This year I've seen what appears to be McD being outcoached a # of weeks when playing teams that I think the Bills are better then.
Do you agree or disagree?
Just curious of your credentials of assessing a HC other than drinking beer/wine/water or whatever and viewing everything in hindsight.
Easy to say when you aren't the one on the sideline trying to make decisions based on feedback by multiple assistants in seconds time. I imagine you would be perfect in your real life job if this was the case correct?
As you said, its your opinion, but I will leave assessing a HC job to the people that know what it takes to be a HC. Not a fan that does a normal 9-5 job and has no NFL coaching/playing/ or any NFL experience.
-
Maybe McDermott will be available for the Jaguars job if some of the posters had their way. then we can hire Meyer as our new HC Woooooo
-
As @Buffalo_Stampede mentioned. The grass isn't always greener just cause you hit a bit of a rough patch, though we still have a winning record and can still make the playoffs.

You replied to my post and you continue to reply. This is a message board and guess what quite a few posters and the Bills postgame show are criticizing McD. I don’t have a quarter of the posts on here but yet you find time to criticize mine. It’s not low iq stuff because you disagree. The team is soft and not performing. I see what I see and it’s only a matter of time. Btw, I could care less about your thumbs downs so ignore my posts and carry on.
Haha ok big guy
good talk. Keep on doing your thing.
you know. I hope you get what you wish for and the bills fire McD and we get another 25 years of not winning anything…. Good luck on that

How about you ignore my posts then. You’re exhausting with your thumbs down on every post that criticizes the HC. I have my opinion and I know what I see if you don’t like it then carry on Mrs. McD.
It’s not that you just say what you have to say and move on. It’s that you continue to post the same material like a nagging wife or gf. It’s exhausting.
saying he needs to be fired after going to the afc championship is just…. Low iq stuff.
I will keep thumbs downing because I don’t agree. So how about you just ignore my thumbing down. Yeah?
sounds good. Good talk

Can’t wait to hear McD’s postgame. We just have to execute better.
you are exhausting with your view on McD.
He literally coached this team to the playoffs multiple years and an AFC Championship in just a few years compared to many coaches out there. Guess you wanted one of our past HC's to still be here? maybe rex? maybe Dick Jauron? Maybe Gregg Williams?
So yeah, lets get rid of them for an up and down year after going to the AFC Championship.
He will adjust if this year doesn't pan out.
Give your stupid hot take a rest and go outside for a walk.....

McDermott Era Should End!
in The Stadium Wall

I feel judging a coach aggressiveness vs conservative in hindsight is unrealistic. It is easy to say after the results show themselves that a different decision should have been made.
The same people calling for him to be more aggressive like he was yesterday would also be the same people complaining if we lost due to that said aggressiveness(not all, but some). Like Staley has hurt the Chargers by being too aggressive.
For instance, 4-1, on the final drive, we don't make it. Regardless of play call, we do not get it or he goes for a FG and we miss, and the Pats then drive the field and score a TD and we lose the game.
Those exact same people saying he needs to be aggressive, would say, well he should of punted and made them drive the whole field.
Every coach makes game time decisions that can go either way and ONLY in hindsight is it proven right or wrong.
