Marvin Harrison Jr., Ohio State - Cardinals
Rome Odunze, Washington - Jets
Ladd McConkey, Georgia - Chiefs
Brian Thomas Jr., LSU - Bills
Xavier Worthy Texas- Cowboys

Jeremiah has Worthy BTJr and Mitchell all making it to 28.
Hard to imagine no WRs get picked from 11 to 27 but this would be a dream scenario.

Window is closed, that's how this works right?

The more I think about it the more I want them to go all in and get Rome.
Id prefer to keep 60 this year and 1 of our top 3 picks next year.
If we can get him for this year's first, next year's first and one of next years second, I am in.

I think the chance we pick at 28 is close to 0.
I'll go with a trade up for Worthy.

Filling depth needs at DT and S with 4th round picks is fine.
We need starters at DE and WR and have two picks in the top 60 for that.
We don't need to add anything, just need to hit on our draft picks.

I know you didn't ask me, but I sure didn't. I think I have posts around here saying they had no chance to win a Super Bowl somewhere around the Bengals or Broncos game and I got lambasted for it. Then everyone acted surprised when we lost to KC, but I expected it the whole season. I saw how we won and how we lost and I knew it wouldn't be good enough in January and February and it wasn't.
Also, it seems like you don't know how betting odds work. Being a "favorite" by a bookmaker has nothing to do with how likely you are to win. It has to do with compensating against the expected action so that the bookmaker doesn't end up on the losing side of an outcome. All it means is that Vegas is expecting action on the Bills. You realize you were wrong, and those who felt we were contenders were right?
Its pretty obvious if it weren't for injuries that we beat KC and are a win against playoff Lamar away from going to the Superbowl. Even with the injuries that game ended up being a toss up.
You are clowning yourself. If you're gonna troll at least be good at it.

Sabres were in a tough spot. Not sure why any coach with options, or any free agent player, would want to come here.
Lindy is likely the best they could do. It's a fine hire.

When you see them side by side with their old ones they are definitely an upgrade.

Maybe they saw the smoke coming, but didn't realize it was blowing in a different direction.
Reading the article about Kevin Adams season ending presser, he implied Terry is very per-occupied with Kim. Maybe he sees the 25% owner as becoming more of a face of the franchise and he can take a back seat. Kind of like the last couple of years with RW. He was no longer attending league meeting, was sending Russ. Could be Terry feels better to send someone to represent the team who actually has a large amount of skin in the game, but no so much skin to over rule him.
Article also talked about how this is becoming more popular as becoming more difficult for the heirs to keep the team in the family due to large tax issues. Initially Terry may have figured good chance Kim will out live him and she'll run things. That looks less likely now, maybe kids either don't want it, can't afford it, or none he feels are totally capable of running it??
Great point and seems highly likely. Terry liquidating a piece of the team to help cover costs, and also looking for someone to run things and be more hands on.
We have to hope that Pegula will only look to bring in people committed to keeping the bills in Buffalo.

If you believe the rumors, they have been trying to sell the Sabres for about 9 months now.Isn't what is happening the exact opposite of what that guy tweeted?

I think the Texans game will be early in the year. Week 2 is my guess.

The Bills have signed veteran offensive lineman La'el Collins to a one-year deal with a cap hit of $1,580,000.
We now have more details about those contract terms thanks to Over The Cap. https://overthecap.com/player/lael-collins/4105
This is simply a one year deal for $1.58 mllion, with $1.21 million guaranteed and a $290,000 signing bonus. There are up to $5M in incentives that will only apply to the 2025 salary cap (not the 2024 cap) if Collins achieves specific starts, snap counts & games played milestones.

Awesome thank you. The details are important. That's a nice contract for the Bills.

Did the details for Collins contract ever get released? I know it was up to $6M, which is certainly not backup money.

Think there is anything to talk about?

That is not even remotely close to what I would trade Allen for. Add in several additional first round picks plus DJ Moore plus Jaylen Johnson and then we can start talking.

What a hilarious way for the playoff race to end

So we'll be staying at 28 and taking a DE. Got it.

The more i think about it, i think we should just let the board fall to us or even trade back, get a couple extra picks and make a splash in the 2nd and 3rd (if we end up getting a 3rd round pick with trades).
I am warming up to this as well. Either a huge move to get one of the top 3, or trade back. There are so many good WRs in this draft, really good prospects are going to end up falling to early-mid second round.

I doubt Latu falling to the second round is actually realistic but if he does Bills should make a move up to take him. We need a starting DE and he'd be our best shot to get one past round 1. Worth the risk.
It’s bananas to me that you can bet on the Draft…

Every state has different rules. For example in NY you can't bet on individual awards like NFL MVP etc. Don't think you can bet on the draft in NY either.
