Practice squad IR
Or back up QB
-
The bills set up the contracts for the following players to be restructured every year to create cap space, expecting that these players were happy playing out their careers in buffalo
Allen
White
Dawkins
Diggs
Injuries crushed the white contract and diggs apparently wasn't happy
The contract beane signed diggs to he never expected to have to trade or get rid of him

Rasul probably just commenting on free agency overall
Like as in decisions for his friends

Use the restructure as a negotiation tactic
Allen will no doubt be helping recruit free agents, let him tell perspective free agents what he is about to do to make sure they have the best possible team
-
Not sure if it's been mentioned but
Trade for Johnson AND draft a wr in round one.........next season moving on from diggs starts to become doable

Someone with more knowledge of NIL
What is stopping an NFL owner from "paying" college kids? Kind of like a recruiting tool when they get to the NFL

This is so embarrassing for these teams...
Two financial nuggets that stood out, given that they are tied to billion-dollar franchises: The Tampa Bay Buccaneers, who finished 24th overall, charged non-starting players with less than four years of experience a fee of $1,750 if they wanted to opt out of having a roommate in their hotel room prior to games. And the Chargers offered a discount on gameday daycare services: $75 for the first child and $50 for each additional child.
I don't know which is more appalling to see
The roommate one just seems cheap and lazy
The child care one is a slap in the face, the cost for daycare/child care is insane these days but the amount of money the chargers collect on a game to game basis is laughable. (Unless I'm underestimating the amount of children getting care on game days)

Things like this happen a lot more often than fans realize
Players generally have say where they do or don't get traded to

We're the eagles actually good? Or were they frauds?
Before there collapse didn't they trail at halftime like six or seven straight games? Didn't they need 4th quarter comebacks or collapses by the opposing teams?
Maybe just maybe they were never that good
-
Will he actually sign the franchise tag though?
The Bengals were always going to tag him
If I'm the Bengals with how deep the wr pool is in the draft this season I look to trade him and draft another wr in the first. Reset the rookie wage on you wr's with another high caliber wr

This is a very basic way of thinking about organized gambling and fixing.
You think a boxer going down in the 10th for a briefcase of cash is the extent of fixing?
What is fixing?

A gambling/game fixing scandal is inevitable.
I actually don't think there will be in the nfl, besides the things we have already seen from a handful of players
Guys get paid way too much money, where fixing a game isn't worth the risk or the amount of money you would have to bet would be very noticeable quickly
I think a lower level/mid major college or in the usfl/XFL it's very much on the table and only a matter of time

Don't hate the idea, would rather just draft a wr though
Could be a trade idea for at the draft or post draft where the bills draft needs and draft board never got close in terms of value fir wr but still would like an additional young wr

This seems like a miss, maybe it means bienemy is staying though
If your top choices were all declining or not completely interested why not offer it to bienemy for the season, if it goes well awesome if not you start from scratch
This is something I wish the pegulas did when they first bought the bills, should have given the head coach job to Jim schwartz instead of grabbing whatever name they could. If it failed you got a full year of experience now to re acess

Has Frazier interviewed with the giants?

Some solid jobs are potentially open next season
Cowboys, eagles, Steelers, bills chiefs among others

Huge news for next offseason. I wonder if he decided he wants to wait for an opportunity with an established QB?
Add him to the list of vrabel, and belichick not getting or accepting jobs this off season

He will be hired in Kansas City after they win the Superbowl and Reid retires

This promotion seems well earned

I've always wanted to see Josh Allen against a McDermott/Frazier defense
Maybe I will get the chance
Could actually be a nail in McDermott's coffin if it fails horribly and Allen puts up historic numbers against it
-
Any ideas or names being floated about for QB coach?
-
Would Sean McDermott have purposely had his player take a penalty at the end of the game when it was first and five, in order to re set the downs and allow his two time outs left to be used to it's fullest extent?
The answer is no
Harbaugh is the best coach in the NFL currently

It’s bananas to me that you can bet on the Draft…
