  1. How did I know about peterman not playing on Monday and Webb taking a bigger role and Thomas taking snaps.  All true or not.  No news had been reported until today.  So when the retirements are announced, you heard it here first.  But hey are not retirements. Look for changes on training and medical staff as well. Big changes are a coming there too

  2. Dunkirk don is right and the haters are all annoyed. I love it.  Wait until early next year when stadium news come out then what haters???    I know, anyone could have predicted a 67,000 open air stadium east of the city surround my multi plex business center.  Lucky guess. Huh.  Get a life

  3. The only place success comes before work is in the dictionary.   People want to buy the land but don’t want to do the reseacch for it.  Something for nothing.  I am old school. I have given enough clues.  Work and you will find it.  Dorthy had to go down the yellow brick road.  That is what is wrong with our country

Who gives a crap?  Seriously, your act is becoming annoying.  Congrats on coming across as a complete dinkhead with some insider info.

Don’t read dude.  Tell me where I am wrong.   Your posts are annoying but I will read them anyways this is America due. You choose to read them. There are plenty others to read.  Explain why you read?  You hate the truth don’t you

Run a poll, if more people want me to stop sharing inside information then want to keep informed, I will stop

    You are one dedicated liar!

A  liar? I told this site on Monday that peterman injury more serious than reported and Webb will play larger role on Sunday and Logan Thomas taking snaps.  What did McDermott say at this press conference today.  Is peterman out? Yes!!   Is Webb second string? Yes!    Is Logan Thomas taking snaps? Yes.  Was my source wrong? I don’t think so

  6. Did I not tell you clowns that peterman injury was more serious than reported and Webb will play a larger role this Sunday.  But I don’t know anything and it is all fake news.  Read my previous posts I told you that on Monday both those tidbits.  Want to get away now.   My source was right on the spot.

  7. Regardless of the outcome of the season, major changes in front office as McDermott solidifies his position in the organization.  Pegula is enamored with him.  Long term employees will be leaving.  Don’t believe when it is reported that they are retiring.  My source says this will be bunk.   They are being pushed out.  (Even the haters on this side will be happy.).  On a side note, I found humor in people, defining the word rift. I should have side they had words and Beane was angry. Because he gets beat up by the moron here about his moves and now he has to give away Glenn for peanuts.   FYI before the trade, they asked Darius to restructure contract to free up some more money for next year.  As I reported, bills want to be more active in free agent market and go after top tier free agents.  He refused and that was the last straw

If you were following the Stanton situation everyone thought he would be on the west coast but he landed in New York happened at the last minute.  My source is not making decisions just is sharing what is being discussed. Don’t you think the redskins front office isn’t doing contigency thinking and what if scenarios around cousins?  What if we don’t sign him? What if we fanchise him again? Cost? What if will sign him to a long term deal? Cost is he worth the investment.  Don’t be naive.  Bills are parting ways with Taylor period.  Is peterman the answer? If yes, need experienced back up. If no then who? Cousins is their top pick, McDermott loves his commitment and preparation. If Washington franchise him then what? Vikings will have one or two qb available, are they the answers? If not then what.  Looking to kc. That how it works folks.   I am just passing on their current thought process and I am not saying with 100 percent certainty any of it comes true.  The bills don’t have any idea either what is going to happen either. On the stadium front, that news is accurate, the property been bought   Some people want 100percent certainty on every move, I have information that is accurate today but may change tomorrow,  we don’t make decisions for the redskins or the Vikings or kc.  This is called contigency planning.  Every organization does it so read the information or not.  If you don’t want inside information do not read my posts. The thought process will change based on circumstances and I am not being inconsistent just the thought process has changed based on the last domino. Make sense

The stadium is not being built downtown for the last time.  Pegula wants the Bills fans to enjoy the tailgating experience and you cannot do that downtown.  It will be open air the cost for a dome without state money is too prohibitive. I know has been reported that “Pegual is not even thinking about building a new stadium”is so ridiculous. You don’t believe my source but believe that non sense.  All bidders for bills when Wilson widow sold the team were told as a condition for the sale of the team the new owners had to built a new stadium within two years of current lease otherwise the league owners would reject their bid acceptance of their offer.  This is all public knowledge and cotsnined in the language of the deal.  Look it up on google if you don’t believe me. Therefore pegula has been studying location for the last two years.  People act like the man is Jed clampett and got his oil money by shooting at a rabbit . He is a brilliant businessman.   The land for the stadium has been bought and business will be developed around it.    I am fortune because my hunting buddy worked for the bills and still has friend at obd.  He is an investment banker tied to commercial real estate and is handling many of the transactions for the adjoining property and has allow me to make a small investment ( big to me).   I have no idea who his source is but he has been right 75% of the time.  The bills will not give up their second pick for the player in kc.  It will be a third and seven.

Dude, you want us to read through 6 months worth or property transactions for Erie County, pairing them with a map to see localization. Then pick out any shell corporations to see ties to WNY.  Because that is how these things work, including the Harbor Center. Large development is generally purchased as its own LLC, so in the event of something terrible going wrong, the land asset does not effect the Bills, Sabres, or other Pegula's fracking empire.  Should note that the Erie County Clerk records online, are only updated until July 2017. That means dig through the Buffalo news week after week.

So to summarize your asking us to take the better part of an entire day, to go through each real estate transaction, submit a request via FOIA to the City/County for any building permits issued in the last 6 months, and notice the buyers, because there are plans to build a new stadium around the same time as the lease at New Era runs out with the county. Got it!

As somebody with a degree in Urban Planning, this would be a great undergrad project to give an early level planning class as an intro/experience into how city planning works internally. All pubic information is not easy to come by. Cities and counties are notorious for making these requests incredibly difficult, draining, and time consuming. So yes public record, no not just a good search.

If I cared enough I could map this all out via GIS, and be able to pinpoint exactly what is happening.  It is also possible that this area is already an artery connected to an area of change currently, and is explainable via pattern. But I won't because your request is absolutely absurd, regardless of truth.

Millionnaires are not lazy.  I am investing but I.   did the work.  I gave you bread crumps

Update on front office rift. As reported yesterday, bean very upset that McDermott unwilling to part with marginal players that will not be on roster next year for a third round comp pick.  A third round pick is a valuable asset. There is more to the story. On the same day we traded for Benjamin, Beane had worked out a deal to trade Glenn to Seattle for fourth rounder and Paul Richardson and at last minute McDermott vetoed the trade.  Beane knew Seattle would pay up for Glenn because they had a real need and were desperate to protect Wilson and playoff run. Words exchanged.  Beane knows now Bills may be stuck with glennn due to injury.  Glenn currently could not pass physical and Beane knows he cannot get any real value in return now from Glenn.  Word is the Buffalo brass is concerned that Glenn injury is chronic and he may never fully recover and may have to take huge cap hit and nothing in return.  On the Kansas City front.  It was reported yesterday, bills seeking player and kc in desperate need of picks.  Kc may have mortgage future.  Reid felt they were close this year but season turned on him.  Chiefs not seeking first round but second round pick.  Bills unwilling to part with either second but would package third and lower round picks.  Player not known but it is not Kelce.   Stadium location is not Batavia and no state funds are involved.  Bonds may be sold to raise revenues.building to start in 2022 with opening in 2024.  New era college bowl game real possibility

  14. I need to get to sleep.  Will have more tomorrow.  Former bills are part of an investment group.  What bills have a restaurant in Buffalo now.  They recently bought 10 acres paid pennies for the land.   Watch the news announcement of new restaurant and shopping center will be announced in next two months.  They will make more money in this venture then they did playing

Thanks, Don.  These are really fun reads...fiction or non-fiction makes no difference to me.  If you are a kick-butt insider than thanks for posting this stuff.  If you are a fiction writer, I am enjoying it anyway!
