Hello I am from the Dallas Fort Worth Texas area. The Gaylord Texas is a major hotel. So major it's where the Cowboys overnight for their home games. There is a shopping mall in the area named Grapevine Mills Mall.  Which one of these two locations do you mean that the Bills use as a model for their future stadium?

The stadium won’t be model after the Gaylord they will be building a hotel complex like the Gaylord texas

  2. Happy I am with you.  I prefer him over smith from Kansas City.  Those talks have died down for now for smith.  He would cost less but not as good

Yes to both.  The hotel which is a protected environment for the weather and a huge shopping center complex. Not like a traditional mall. The Gaylord is like it’s own city. Perfect for buffalo weather.  You have seen it so you know what the bills are thinking.  They are hoping to attract bass pro shop like grapevine next to the Hampton

Well, just about every suburb except the Tonawandas and Evans and Angola are "east" of Buffalo, from Amherst/Clarence which are northeast to Hamburg/OP which are SE.  Cheektowaga, Lancaster, and Elma are all basically east.  Even Alden.

Where is property being bought up?

  4. Sorry to talk in code but we have so much information from numerous communication from obd, I don’t want to go out a a limb.  You guys are caught up on Gaines status for Sunday

    old news?

Cousins does seem to be the more complete quarterback. However, it is a bit far-fetched that the Bills will make a play for him. Buffalo faces a tighter salary cap situation for 2018. This season, the team’s total cap allocations is just over $142 million with 57 players signed. Next year, The Bills are already at $136 million with respect to total cap allocation with only 33 players signed.

Cousins will definitely come in with a higher price tag than Taylor, even if the bills buy-out their quarterback at the end of this season. In addition, the team will most likely look to add some skill to the wide receiver position in the offseason. The team will need to earmark some money to develop the offensive side of the ball.

    Buffalo BillsWhy it could work

Tyrod Taylor's future with the team appears shaky at best, which will put the Bills in the market for a quarterback. Offensive coordinator Rick Dennison has ties to former Redskins coach Mike Shanahan, who remains one of Cousins' top advocates. Dennison was offensive coordinator under Shanahan from 2006 to '08. Of course, the Kyle Shanahan connection matters most, and that is not present in Buffalo. But with the Bills showing little interest in Taylor, they are going to need QB help one way or another.

    Why it couldn't work

With a new coach and GM, the Bills might want to start fresh with their own quarterback, not with a veteran from another team. That could involve drafting a quarterback to compete with Nathan Peterman, Taylor is another consideration, although the team's decision to bench him probably tipped the Bills' hand.

If you remember i stated cousins has ties to wny and know you know the ties.  Dennison.  I stated if the bills sign cousins Dennison stays as oc.  Connecting the dots.

You had my curiosity. But now you have my attention.

You have been fair minded.  I will get you the information but my posts will be as specific as possible to avoid the fraud comments.  I had this stadium information last week but I wanted to confirm some details before I posted to site.  Many phone calls and email to be reviewed to connect the dots.

Since Malls are being torn down at record rates because they are vacant why in the world would you want to be in a complex with one? Better off having the Seneca's build a Hotel Casino.

It will not be a traditional mall, it will be like the Gaylord Texas in Dallas.  Look up on line. Shopping and hotel

So drunks can still enter the stadium and watch the game?   Sweet...right on.

    Right on

  8. My source did not say anything about a retractable roof.  Just said open air stadium with natural grass.  67,500 is the average of the new stadiums.  Check size of Pittsburgh, Baltimore and Cleveland We cannot fill 100k stadium.  UB will be using as well

Terry must want 3/4 of the stadium empty.

Only to get into family center.   I think it’s cool most places say people under 16must be accompanied by an adult, here parents must be  accompanied by a child. he is not stopping drinking but he doesn’t want someone drunk ruining the family center for kids.

Source confirmed the following today.   Building the stadium will begin in 2022 with play beginning in 2024. The stadium will seat 67,500 people. It will be open air with natural turf.  The stadium will be part of a complex that will include the following: (1) Field house, (2) outside practice field, (3) Buffalo Bills Hall of Fame, (4) surrounded by mall and hotels.  Terry has insisted on the following things: (1) Must be fan friendly - parking facilities to accommodate tailing gating (2) Family family and (3) high tech.  The game day experience will be improved for families with children under the age 16.  Next to the field house and Bills Hall of fame a family entertainment center will be built. Throughout the year, there will be activities set-up for visitors.  Kids will be able pass, punt, and kick within the facility along with displays, video, and bills store.  On game day, only adults with children under the age of 16 will be admitted to the area.  Terry wants to ensure intoxicated people cannot enter.  At the field house each week, The Bills will be bringing back former Bills to people to meet.  There will be no charge to enter and no charge for autographs.

I am not an RV person but my source says this will be huge for those people with a RV.  RVs can arrive on Friday and there will be 25 premium spots for RVs close to the stadium.  The premium sites will have full hook-ups (Water, electric and sewer). Only season ticket holders will be able to rent these spots.  The stadium will have the most recent technology for game time experience.  Hard to imagine what will be available in 6 years.  Stadium will also feature satellite parking  with Bus service to gate for easy access to and from game. Terry wants at least 75 luxury suites.  One suite will be called the twelve man and will be auctioned off each week to raise money for charity and 100 game day tickets will be given away to needy children.

Stadium is east of Buffalo with easy access to Rochester and Toronto.  Needs corporate money for suites.  For the first three years, there will be a minimum fee for what there are calling, Seating Agreement License Tax (SALT) that will have fund stadium.  Terry does not want or think NY State will kick in money with public funds.

Coming soon more news on Cousins  as discussions are heating up behind the scenes
