On a serious note, a developer with ties to many political people had purchased all the land in Niagara Falls near the Seneca Niagara Casino. There’s nothing left to buy. That area is on the short list for a stadium.
Its never ever going to be built South of Buffalo. There are traffic issues with any location,especially in downtown Buffalo. There has to be major upgrades to roads and other infrastructure.

One interesting tidbit on the stadium. No we are not going to get a Super Bowl. Seating capacity too small and not enough hotel rumors but it is being battered around about a new era bowl game. Biggest question is obviously climate but may be an option with new stadium

I did not say it was smith. My source has yet to confirm player only there is some smoke. If kc does not win the west, it may open up an option.

That is possible the state pays for the roads but no state money for the stadium that is why the tax free incentive was chosen. Some of the brass recommended downtown but pegula did not want it there. Cost, traffic and tailgating were huge negatives.

The area will have major development. Kc wants picks not a player. Glenn is not going to kc. We would get the player, they would get the picks. Possible snag will be round. We will not give them back their first period but will to get second round in Sammy trade and possibly fifth rounder

Do you really think they are not thinking about the new stadium? He is a billionaire and it did not happen overnight. The big issue was state money, we won’t get any but the location has given him a 10 year tax free deal to build. Do the math. He is looking for investors and even explored a Green Bay option of selling shares to community. I believed that has been ruled out. My source asked me if I would buy shares and said heck yes.

The property around the stadium will be hot property for hotels bars, restaurants etc.
I am currently a low level investor in an investment group that is working on a big land deal so I cannot share location but if you check public records on transaction it will lead you there. My percentage is small but very lucrative. We are going after parking. No up keep and money generator year round

Joe Webb bigger role doesn’t t mean he is starting but will have some special packages in right spots.
Steve you can bank on the open air and tailgating. That is why I hate when people bust on the owner. He is trying to make it fan friendly.

Stadium will be open air with 67000 with roughly 75 luxury boxes. Built east of Buffalo. Property around area being gobbled up. Again, my investment banker friend is working many of the deals. Follow the money. Owner committed to tailgating atmosphere and easy access in and out. Kyle is leaning toward returning. Loves McDermott. Sam Bradford is in the mix but very low option. Joe Webb will have bigger role this week. We are looking to free up more money. Will be more active in free agency than before. Will go after experienced Qb for back up regardless who is under center. Want to get draft picks for Taylor and Glenn they will be lower round but package to move up. McDermott and Beane had major disagreement over keeping Holmes, decasse and not releasing them for compensatory pick. Beane wanted extra third rounder to make move. Smoke starting in Kansas City. Do you think the bills don’t have contingency plans? Are you stupid. They run through what if scenarios. My source does not work for the Bills today but he did and is still well connected at one Bills Drive. He will not reveal source to me but we are hunting buddies I met with my connections with bills. I thought it was bs until he revealed the Benjamin trade before it was announced and told me peterman was starting against the Chargers. He is in investment banking today that is how I know about the stadium

Here are the current thoughts on Dennison. McDermott likes Dennison and does not blame him or his system for the offensive problems. He believes the problem lies in Taylor skill set but he is not sold on dennison either. Decision on Dennison will be by made shortly after the end of season. Playoff berth will not be factored into decision. The decision will be made on what direction they make at Qb. Dennison loves peterman and believes has the skill set to be a successful qb. Likes his intelligence and quick release. Doesn’t t have a gun but has the other intangibles. McDermott and Beane are not quite there yet. McDermott and Beane love cousins and if he does not get franchised they believe they have a better than 90 percent chance to sign him. If they sign cousins or believe in peterman , Dennison stays. One wild card in the decision, current employed offensive coordinator is in the mix. Possible the team he works for, the entire staff will be fired. If he becomes available, bills will make a strong wrong at him. Biggest hurdle is location. Guy and family are left coast people. Hard sell but would make him oc and assistant head coach. The only qb the Bills think is worthy of first round pick is darnold but they realize we don’t have the capital to get him. Darnold is the only QB that has the arm and size to throw in weather conditions in Buffalo, the two hurdles are: 50 percent chance he doesn’t come out and two the browns love him as well. The browns are not trading their pick. Will take qb in second round Josh Allen love his arm strength but not a first round pick. Offer made to willliams. Now in his court. High likilhood Kyle retire but he wants a few months to discuss with family. Don’t be surprised aftrer the season if Taylor is dealt to Denver. Denver likely will draft Qb but want stop gap qb. Are evaluating beathard from sf as a back- up qb. We are also closely looking at the situation in Minnesota as a backup plan if cousins does not work out. Go to land purchases for last two years and you can determine location. Also check to see minority investment owners you will will see ties to Buffalo area. This property in four years will be most valuable in western New York. Not just where the stadium will be built but surrounding areas. I said Taylor is starting and he is. News will come out today about the extend of peterman injury, they will resign Thompson to a one year deal. Glenn is headed to Seattle after the year for a 5or 6 rounder. Benjamin will be resigned to long term deal they love his ability to get jump balls

They are all investing. If people on this site would spend less time ripping me and more time looking at who and where the property is being bought, you will see that I am right. People that are selling the land are getting ripped off because the land is being bought by investment groups and they hide the investors. There are relatives of nfl players in one of the investment group thus the ties to wny
