Wow. Lbs soooooo bad. Poyer sooo bad.
-
Historically terrible defense
-
Poyer again terrible
-
Poyer getting abused.
-
He embarrassed us last year and had a great game last week. Would love to see tre matched up with him all game. Thoughts.

I'm expecting us to be playing from behind a lot so hes going to throw for a lot.
22 of 37 for 290 yards 2 TDs 2 ints and 40 yards rushing.
-
All dlinemen do it. Only difference is that Donald is stronger than most so it actually is effective for him.
-
Feel bad for him. Could have had nate throwing to him now has to settle for Brady.
-
Unfortunately for clay hes wide open a lot and doesn't get the ball.
-
While I agree it is the hardest to fix...I think if Allen starts the rest of the way we will see that jones and kerley are serviceable. Allen wint be afraid to throw the ball in tight windows like we have had for last 3 years including peterman. Ya. They dont get a ton of separation but a good passer passes them open.
-
Darnold throws some not so smart passes when he rolls right. Hes been fortunate a couple times.

That was the worst throw I've ever seen an nfl quarterback try to make.
-
Ya. And would you waste a top 5 pick on a RB?
And yes Goff had a better college career but Allen has more talent so who's to say he can't make the leap.
Plus we have 10 more picks next year already without dumping salaries at deadline this year. We also are developing a ton of young players due to necessity right now.

I'm afraid that it's yet another year of opposition stacking the box to stuff the run due to no talented receivers or a good offensive line.
I'm with others that say we should trade Shady while he still has his health. He's really not going to do us a lot of good this year, unfortunately.
Not sure they will be able to stack the box with Allen. One thing we know is he will push it down the field.

That's what we should be looking at.
They had cap issues. Terrible team and got their rookie qb that they didn't want to start. Then they were forced to. They had a stud on D (maybe Edmund's is ours)
The second year they drafted well. Signed the likes of woods and others...and bam playoffs.
Year 3 they had even more in caps space because of the cuts and trades they made in year 1 and this year they have the dream team roster.
Year 1 is all about seeing if your franchise QB can learn and develop then you get him weapons with the next draft and FA.
Benjamin and crew will be long gone next year.
Just my half full on this situation. Have to blow up to get better long term.

over 50 million in dead cap space says it all...... WRs says it all...OL says it all, special teams say it all.....DL says it all..Murphy, Lawson,. Lo=tuia..all pathetic and Kyle has slowed down and not a starter anymore. We are old and need replacemnts galore on OL, DL, WRs, OLBs, and Clay, our prozed TE sucks. Zay Jones is useless and Benjamin does not look like he even tries at times to catch the ball. Letting go of McCaron so no vet to mentor Josh other than Mr. August, Peterman is pitiful.....
Sorry but the dead cap was an inherited problem that he has addressed so we have 70M plus to spend next year. He had to get us out if cap hell and this team is the result of that. Think about it. We have 2/3s of what other teams have to spend on a roster this year...that's the issue. You think he wants some of these people? No. But it's the hole we are in.
1 draft pick doesnt fix but 1 pick and 70M can.

How the hell could teller not be better than the garbage that was out there. And Davis could not be worse than Gaines.
-
He needs carries. When you go 3 and out 6 times in a row it's tough to get a rhythm

Has to be. They are pathetic.
-
I honestly think you have to bring in Allen. You can't leave him in there.
-
Milano looks ok too.
-
Allen time already.
-
3 straight plays. Sack, PD, FF

Edmunds looks sick

I love poyer but this was the worst display bu a safety I've seen in a while. Only rivaled by Edmunds display at LB.
