  1. You are spot on here. This what drives me crazy about the fan base. You could take a poll and probably 85% of Bills fans would want to move on from Goodwin. Also fans did quite a bit of complaining about Sammy
  2. Nope. Hogan was not this admin, that was Doug Whaley in 2016. Both Beans and McDermott were in Carolina. The Bills 100% made the right move by trading Sammy. They weren't going to pick up his option (in fact, I think it was Doug Whaley who declined his option), realizing how much money he would command when his deal was done. The Rams decided to move on from him as well. He just wasn't worth the $14 million a year he got from KC. I think the Bills would have liked to keep Woods, but again, not with the deal he got from the Rams. Goodwin? Give me a break. Sal Carpaccio shut down a fan on WGR when he brought his name up. All of the fans wanted to move on from Goodwin because they thought he was always injured and could never play a season. If McDermott or Whaley or whoever else was in charge in 2017, resigns Goodwin, fans would be up in arms. The story on Darby was that it was a scheme issue. I think the value they got for him was decent. He's a slightly above average for a starting on a very good defense and they got a 3rd round pick for him. You are unfamiliar with the salary cap...
  3. How much do you think teams will give up for a 30 year old RB? Last time I heard anyone with knowledge speak on it, it was about 6th round pick AT BEST They have to do something....the OL is dreadful
  4. Yeah I know what you mean, I think they were kind of caught off-guard by their success. They just had a lot of good bounces and when they were 5-2, they went all-in to end The Drought which they did. Problem is, they never really had a good young nucleus and no answer at QB. That's why were are getting this 2018
  5. Yeah maybe. Joe makes the case for him to start over John Miller (Doug Whaley draft pick). At this point, I would be fine with shaking the line up. If McDermott could play, I'd be cool with giving him some time as well
  6. They haven't...it's speculation from the media who does talk to players/coaches/personnel off the record
  7. If you read the article, he touches on some of this. Pretty sure I can answer a few of these questions: Then Why is Ducasse playing? He is one of the best lineman on the team. Watch Wyatt Teller in the preseason Why did Holmes and Kerley make the team NOT Coleman and Reiley? My guess is because Coleman didn't show very much in the preseason. Holmes was kept because he's a veteran and plays ST's better than Reilly. No idea why Kerley was released. Why is Mills and or Newhouse playing? They are the best RT's on the team Why wasnt McCoy Dealt? How much can you really get for a 30 year-old RB? Price might go up if a playoff contender loses a RB. Why was cap space used on players that wont be here when rebuild over? Such as???? Only name I can think about is Trent Murphy and his contract has some out clauses.
  8. Great comments from Joe B. He does a great job putting things into perspective and has been echoing what many of us have been saying for a while. Read the comments in bold https://www.wkbw.com/sports/bills/joe-b-7-observations-from-buffalo-bills-los-angeles-chargers-9_16_18
  9. No, I'm just not as emotional as some people here. I don't believe in defaming some members of Bills like some people here. I'm just seeing the "big picture"
  10. Very telling comments from Lorenzo Alexander. He had to work his ass off to play in the NFL and a guy like Vontae Davis quits on the spot. Disrespectful indeed,
  11. Some of the players above didn’t even do so we’ll. You are right though, threads like this bring down the collective level of intellect here quite a bit⤵️⤵️⤵️⤵️ What about the emotional romanticizing!?!?!?!?!
