Man, was just on StubHub and Ticketmaster...almost all resale tickets are below face for this game , and some clubs by a ton. And plenty of seats in just about EVERY section still available through the Bills. Boy, those December games should be just a treat for us out of town season ticket holders!!!!

Looks like I should be able to keep getting closer to my dream seats next year..gonna be boatloads cancellations i am guessing

If that’s the case I might go.  I’ll hang around the Hammer Lot and turn in some of you Bills “fans” for being so negative on here.

Allen probably isn't going to work out.

People can make all the excuses they want, but he was a risky pick who plays a position where most 1st round picks at that position aren't successful.

    You will eat these words

A bit meh on the photoshop.  Original from Stuart Ashen's twitter.

    No chance

    Is.

Real as his $5000 bet Imma guess

Nope....but this post was a joke.  Also Detective Hap's investigation skills are a bit lacking, just like Doug Whaley in the NFL draft.  I didn't Photoshop any pictures and neither did Stuart Ashen (whoever the hell that is).  I used this website which allows you to upload a photo.  A great practical joke to your wife or loved ones BTW....

  4. Interesting appearance from Sal Carpaccio today.  He shared his plan for 2019 to help rescue the Bills offense.  He thinks the Bills can fill a few holes on the OL in Free Agency.  But that the Bills need to acquire an “elite” WR.  He mentions they really should focus on finding 1 good WR instead of several good ones ones.  He believes 1 good WR would help improve the performance of other receivers on  the offense.

A hilarious moment occurred when Jeremy asked Sal where they would find an elite WR to which Sal said “I don’t know.”  LOL.  Not sure what the WR class is like in 2019, but they have a very good chance to nab a top WR

For Allen he believes the most important part will be how he processes defenses.  He already has the physical tools and probably won’t even be a pinpoint accurate passer.  But he needs to show he can understand defenses.

You can listen to the interview here:

  5. Shaq was a Doug Whaley pick which means he has a strike against him.  Still he has played better after his injury.  Not to the level of his draft status, but at least he’s better than what he was a season ago

We did notice Ted Washington playing, a lot, and Dareus as well when he decided to put some effort. I don't notice Star so far in 4 games. Good DL, simply not worth that much money and cap space. He is paid superstar level money.

You might be right.  But this is what happens with free agent signings.  Because of the demand, you end up overpaying for players.  The same thing happens with a Charles Clay.  He has put up decent numbers but not compared to what we pay him.

Star probably is not worth his deal, but he’s been average so far.

Seriously how the !@#$ did we not take this guy?

This guy is !@#$ing sensational and might be the best quarterback in the league for YEARS to come.

Not taking him is absolutely inexcusable and someone needs to be fired for this epic mistake.

If you are going to blame anyone for this, blame Terry.  He could have hired a new GM in January and started fresh.  But he kept Whaley as a lame duck candidate and fired him after the draft.

Also a huge part of Mahomes development was sitting behind Alex Smith and having coaches like proven offensive coaches like Andy Reid and Matt Nagy on staff.  He wouldn’t have had this in Buffalo.

Even if the Bills draft Mahomes, you are foolish to think he develops the exact same way.

Who has noticed over the past few years the games are significantly longer? Whens the last time a game ended at 4? All the penalties and reviews have extended it along with more passing due to a passer friendly league!

Something to ponder- was this planned? Longer games would amount to more revenue from sponsors/advertisement right?

I don’t think so.  Not sure how advertising works for live sports or events, but I don’t think you can bill advertisers if you have extra time to fill due to the length of a game

That’s not good. We also now are 10-11 under this regime.

I was happier then words can describe when we ended the drought last year.  It had to be done. The drought was a dark cloud hanging over the Bills and it needed to be destroyed. We all deserved to see the playoffs and McDermott got us there. For the 2017 season alone, I am forever grateful.  I also realize this was supposed to be a step back and a“rebuilding year” Still, I cant help but feel

concerned. Being blown out in more the 1/4 of your games is not supposed to happen. Losing is one thing. Being non competitive in almost 30% of your games is a whole different animal. Im not sure how that will change. I am willing to give this guy the benefit of the doubt because of last year, but I am growing more nervous by the week.

Oh lighten up.  Coach is putting this franchise on the right track.  It will take some time.

  9. The Buffalo News is apparently doing throwback segments and they are pretty damn cool.

In the article below, you can read about how Ralph fires Kay Stephenson after a 2-14 season and a dismal start.  In classic Ralph fashion, he wrote a really strange press release.

To anyone that was old enough to remember this what was the deal with Kay?  What do you remember?  In any event, great work @JoshBarnett  Keep these kind of features coming
