  1. Just my take but Elam has caught up with the coverages. That's why he's on the field whenver we have an injury to Benford or Douglas. What he has been shaky in from time to time is run support or tackling. I think that too will come to him with work. He does have a knack for getting the ball from the other team and he certainly has all the physical tools. People want to label him good or bad because he's not a starter but was a 1st round pick but honestly I'd currently label him a good problem to have. We certainly ran a lot more man coverage today than I feel like I've seen before. The all22 will be interesting.
  2. Killing ourselves. When we stop beating ourselves we might win this game.
  3. Can you count on a kicker to make big kicks when he can't even make PAT's?
  4. We have kickers on the practice squad right? Time to warm em up.
  5. If nothing else Elam does have a knack for getting the TO's.
  6. How about we keep track of the RB's a little better, running or recieving.
  7. I don't see it. We should be winning 17 to 10 right now. Two TD's off the board with refs or player mistakes. Definitely not on McD.
  8. Half time announcer ........ "they're not going to send blitzers" Miami has sent 5 a bunch of times.
  9. Was it just me or was the Dolphins lineman blocking 5 yards downfield before Achane caught the ball he ran in?
  10. "Offensively our goal has got to be score 30" How's that going for you Rogers?
  11. Texans blocker and MacDonald completely miss each other = lying on the field injured.
  12. I thought Sauce was going to get PI while laying on the ground.
  13. How come the Texans don't just run the ball every play? Mixon is killing them
  14. Guess it doesn't matter how it's hanging if nobody can catch him.
  15. They paid Beasley 4yrs 29 million in 2019. What do you think that translates to today?
  16. No he's not playing the WR position like Diggs or Coleman or Cooper but I think your wrong about Kincaid. He is running those routes just like Beasley did here or many other slot WR's on many other teams. Yes this year his catches have come mostly around the line of scrimmage but he already had proven he can catch last year when he averaged almost 16 yards per catch. He certainly wasn't catching everything at the line of scrimmage last year. He has become a very productive slot WR and should be considered with the likes of Flowers or Reed who are good WR's.
  17. This is also why it's less important that Coleman isn't a big separation guy. He'll win in other ways. Cooper isn't really winning with separation either his score is about the same as Hollins. So the teams separation score probably will not get better with Cooper and it really doesn't matter because Cooper will also win in other ways.
  18. Shakir 4.3 ................. Cooper 2.7 Not that we didn't need another man beater outside with some legit experience but Shakir is our best separation guy by a mile. If we were going by this stat alone Cooper is essentially tied with Mack Hollins in average separation. Again it's not a meaningful stat.
  19. Coleman is leading AJ Brown does that mean anything? Coleman is at 2.2 and Pickens is at 2.4. It's a pretty ridiculous stat to hang your hat on. Shakir is the 3rd best WR on the list. It's a talking point but as far as team building you are not going to have a roster of guys who all win by running away from guys.
  20. I can't stop laughing .......
  21. Caught this right after PFF on youtube ................ i literally Lol'd. The day after a win is great.
  22. Literally watching it on youtube now. What a load of crap. They keep talking about how the Seahawks didn't attempt a deep ball or run the ball well like they could turn it on or off. I have a crazy idea ........... maybe we just played good defense.
  23. Covering Deebo with a LB ................ play dumb games win dumb prizes.
