  1. This team had to stay out of their own way and couldnt. There are lessons to be learned. Josh kept saying be smart w the throws and preserve his health. It took 4 qtrs to finally throw the ball away, and im not sure if we ever did get a slide out of him. The sky is not falling and theyll be ok. Allen just needs to figure it out and hopefully getting embarrassed on national tv does that. The Jets didnt have a legit sustained TD drive all night and even then it took an amazing catch. The kick coverage scared the hell out of me all game, as I was most scared about that and them busting long runs. That 2nd down run was dumb. Running wont help you establish a rhythm in OT. I wish the Jets got the ball. Bills scored 1td all night. The chances of it happening there were low. Id much rather stop them, try and flip the field and kick a fg. For as disappointed as I am in Josh (who will rebound) im equally disappointed in KD. Rather than moving a step forward, this was less fluid and cohesive than last years offesne. No plays building on each other... no flow. The runs still feel like an afterthought, I.E. protecting Josh from another pick or 'gezz, we shld prob mix a run in here to stay balanced I guess.' Why did they run at Williams as much as they did? JA will be fine. Ill chalk this game up to an excellent D... but if this was KD's A game m, we might be in trouble.

  2. I humbly accept this ESPY. I want to thank my parents and god. Also my neighbors dog. This for sure wouldnt have been possible without him. His ninja super sleuth poops kept me going. If not for him, I wouldnt have had the will or desire to figure out who was leaving these pup patties. Where did these fido flakes keep coming from?! Eventually, after much persistence I found it was him leaving these bow wow blobs. After speaking with my neighbor and letting him know his pooch was leaving me fecal fortune cookies, the canine crapcakes seem to have subsided for now. Its only because of that, that I have the time to be here tonight to accept this ESPY. Thank you

Didn’t realize he got too! Definitely would rather have him. Belichick is losing his mind.

I didn’t know they restocked these things?!!!

Yep. Clarence wegmans had sold 7 pallets by 2 and had 5 more otw for the afterwork crowd. Last year online sales were kept on, seemingly made to order - until they stopped weeks later. Not to mention the flipping of charity items is kinda frowned upon. They made it a point to ensure everyone who wants one gets one

What is the point of making so few of these, that they are gone in a 1/2 day? 😞

They just keep making and making them.  The only truly difficult ones to find were the 1st year. Both parties involved have said since its for charity theyll make as many as they can sell. 1st wave is kept low on purpose for the sake of hype, and then next week there will be plenty avbl and any limits will be lifted. Last yr online sold out super fast and then for the next few weeks you could order whenever. Always good to have hype that 1st day though!!

We’ve been hearing good things about him. Starting with Dolphin players and fans sad to see him go to JA bragging on him to having a solid camp. What do you guys think Sherfield’s ceiling is with this team?

I know it’s just training camp, but just when you thought you’ve seen all the throws from JA, check this out! Nice grab too.

And check out this one handed grab.

    Go Bills!

Most impressive thing there is he isnt wearing gloves. THAT is impressive

  7. Imo, it brings excitement back to a play thats become mostly a bore. We can say 'they had it right' and be ignorant to player health and the reasons as to why it changed -OR- we can just accept that with time things change and try to find an exciting new solution. This is the best Ive personally seen yet. It doesn't make it a non-play and it doesn't eliminate it from the current game either. Its a solution that mimicks the original in both excitment and the ability to flip a game. The caveat is, man... it wld be annoying to give up multiple TDs a game bc the new version of a coverage crew is terrible.

  8. Reed's IG video was super weird today. To me (and Id imagine most) it read like "I talked when I shouldn't have, got yelled at, and now I have to tell you I was just joking". This was furthered along when his wife (taking the video) made it a point to interject 2x essentially keeping him on point and to make it clear he didnt actually know anything, but rather was just doing the equivalent of thinking out loud.

Common sense says, since Reed does quite a bit of talking like this but has never seen the need to make a video explaining it  - he was told to do this. This is exasperated when the wifey keeps interrupting to hammer home said bullet points. She seems like shes litterally saying what they probably told him to say. Something like " you shouldn't have said anything about our unannounced throwbacks. Now, go make a video saying you were just spitballing". Maybe if it was just him, but when she feels the need to hammer home by asking questions that lead him to say he doesnt know anything... THAT is what makes it fishy.

Allens red throwback got a lot of love at camp last year. I wouldnt he surprised if they double down on that. Or, release the news of a jersey there in some form or fashion.

I’d be surprised if that’s correct.
My recollection is it was only that single game against the Broncos. If you have any photo evidence or links regarding that same ugly helmet worn in Oilers contest, please share.

I have game worn jerseys from both games, but not the helmets as they were just decals. Trust us, its 100% a thing.  As a matter of rule, each team had a home and away (white and dark) jersey for the 75th anvrsy in 1994. Except for the 91 whitesox and a few others, this was the beginning of the throwback trend. A few teams like the Bears and Redskins had the foresight to actually make replica and authentic jerseys for fans to purchase. Many teams like the Bills - did not. The throwbacks are generally considered the most difficult jerseys to obtain from the modern era. Its crazy to think now days that jerseys were not made, but only a limited amount of Kellys were made for people in the organization. Ive also seen a few OJs out there, but that may be more because he was otherwise indisposed (unplanned absense) in 1994. Some teams even took it one step further. The broncos extras were all turned into Elways as a promotion with a car dealership in Denver. The Packers eqpt manager turned all their extras into Favres but had the foresight to label them so they couldnt be passed off as game worn (although the lineman cut are pretty obvious). Some teams like the Steelers,  who have kept all their extra jerseys over the years (in a temp controlled and inventoried fashion) put a few blanks on ebay every year. The 1994 NFL season started the throwback trend and we all have that to thank for what everyone just takes as commonplace now days.

Also, fwiw, if you ever happen to see the blue Kelly throwback in the HOF listed as game worn - its an extra. Bills players in the game wore jerseys with 1 sleeve stripe. All the 'extras' have 2. The Bills players were issued 2 of each color and their extra was auctioned off by team wives or walked out the back door.

This one looks pretty good on paper.

Ironically,  for the Ralph is cheap crowd - this was done out of necessity.  Rather than go white helmets and buy a whole new set for a 2 times use (one home against the broncos and 1 away vs oilers) he just opted for a decal swap. Pretty meh

I keep reading that the Pats are the most likely to get him.

Wouldn't love that. But better than Chiefs, Ravens or anyone else in the AFC.

If he REALLY wanted to be a Pat, you'd have to think he already would be. I give Edmunds credit for stating he wanted to be a part of a rebuild with a straight face. It would seem DHop is having a difficult time trying to muster the same energy and enthusiasm.

Pretty sure it's "What you wanna do?"

If im making up lyrics, wutchu talkin bout Willis? My song, my lyrics!

Now, when posting in non-singsong terms - then maybe "what you wanna do" would be the proper and correct way to dictate the lyrics. That said, its art! Art takes many forms. Its free flowing and comes from the soul.  If that's what I felt at that particular moment - who are you (or any one else for that matter including myself) to judge? I'd never be inclinded to question the genius that is Scott Stapp, front man of legendary rock group Creed, on any of his lyrical choices. Granted, I'll never be able to live up that that living legends accomplishments... but I digress.  The point remains;)

I know the song, and even though I read your reply early and not fully awake, I still read it in the form of this song, this one song that I can think of with my name in it 😕

I could have done it in the phrasing of an Amiee Mann song if that would have pleased you? The point remains that I think the response was on par to your original post in which the response was in reference to. Honestly, PPL just seemed more appropriate and on the same level

I think what happened with Mahomes last season, and losing Tyreek, is what is giving other teams(including us) hope, but going into last season I felt we had the better overall offense than KC. As the season went on, I started to feel differently. None of KC's receivers were on Diggs level, but they were a pretty solid overall group. I thought they were better than Davis. I know Davis was hurt a lot last season, and had ankle issues, but I still thought last year was a big disappointment.

The Giants last year reminded me a little of our 2019 season.

That's fine, but at least I am on the same page as Bill Barnwell. Bill Barnwell and I can be ludicrous together.

Thank you for your response, but I was just singing a song. Im kinda sad I had to explain.  That said, enjoy! Maybe itll make you a bit happier...or at least a little less.... ugh?

I have a lot of thoughts that I have been keeping to myself, in fear of just sounding too negative, but I am at the point of imploding.

If Hopkins goes to the freaking Patriots, then I feel like that team(aside from QB) is already better than The Bills on offense. Do I think Hops is better than Diggs? No, but their overall weapons vs ours, as a whole, would seem stronger.

I am just feeling disgruntled these days, because we finally have this elite QB who carries our team year in and out, but very little is done to help him get over the hump. Our best weapon is Diggs, and god forbid, what if he got hurt? Then what? We keep coming up short every year, and aren't doing really anything to get past teams like The Chiefs and Bengals, and now there are some other emerging teams, like The Jags etc Outside of Allen and Diggs, I feel like our offense doesn't compete with some of the other offenses in the AFC. I know The Chiefs are a little suspect, but they do have Kelce, and a solid group of receivers and solid offensive line. Obviously the Mahomes/Reid two headed monster is a huge part of their success.

I guess I just feel like Brandon Beane is too worried about the future and spending too much money and how it will impact the future, so instead we keep staying competitive but coming up short every year. I am worried Josh's best years are perpetually being wasted!

If Hopkins doesn't sign with us, and signs with a team like The Patriots or Ravens, I'm gonna be so sick.

    Aimee,

    Wutcha goin through?

I think Im inclined,  to disagree with you.

Try again, maybe harder - we wont mind it if you do....

We ain't signing Dehop, I guess we're through
