  1. Best of luck to him. He really killed us a couple of times as a Patriot
  2. They were discussing the PSL issue on WGR this morning and (for what it's worth) said that the absolute highest price (club or otherwise) for the Vikings was 9k. That was back in 2018 with a building that is probably going to be considered far superior to our new digs. I know building costs are insane now but that was a mere 6 years ago when the Vikings palace checked in at 1.1 billion. Still a bit shocking that ANY seats could be in the 20-50k range for a stadium in Buffalo that is not exactly going to be the Taj Mahal.
  3. As the old saying goes, if you're not getting better you're getting worse. Still plenty of offseason remaining however
  4. Not a chance as he flat out stunk all year. Hell even in the 1998 WC game against Miami (the year he was halfway decent) Flutie puked all over himself with 3 terrible turnovers
  5. Yep. I was certain our DL would eat against a decimated line and Easton Stick. No one did anything until the Oliver sack to end the game
  6. I'd be lying if I said I felt great about the safety position at this juncture, but McD has earned the benefit of the doubt when it comes to coaching up a secondary. It's also why I don't agree with some prognosticators saying we need to draft a corner just because of cutting Tre. We still have some solid pieces in place to field a good pass defense.
  7. I hope not. It would be ridiculous if they keep Haack purely for Bass because he stinks as a punter compared to Martin. Bass o matic just needs to get it together.
  8. What a terrible deal to give to such an undeserving player. Cleveland is a joke. I would be breaking stuff if the Bills gave out this contract
  9. I'm sure he will bring his lunch pail and hard hat
  10. He was never good. One of the most overrated players in recent memory
  11. Moving Johnson to safety makes about as much sense as hiring Matt Patricia as your offensive coordinator. Seriously? He's an all pro slot corner lol
  12. Blackmon is the ideal type of player to sign in free agency. Should be mid range cost but he is still young and ascending. This would be an excellent move if it came to fruition.
  13. Well, he is getting paid 38 million to not be a part of his former team so he should keep the violin stashed
  14. After seeing Wilson the last few years, why is acquiring him potentially a sage move but trading pennies for Fields a joke? This isn't the Russell Wilson of 2011-2020 for Seattle. Make it make sense
  15. Maybe not but it's not like it's some prohibitive figure that is going to doom them for multiple years. So long as Mike Tomlin is coach, the Steelers will be just good enough to lack the ammo to get a top qb. What are they going to do next year after they finish 9-8 and Wilson sucks balls again?
  16. Well, when you're the Steelers and a) are not in a position to land one of the top prospects in the draft and b) your previous QB had no upside with 13 tds in 25 games, it doesn't sound so bad to me
  17. That is dirt cheap in today's QB landscape
  18. He's without question better than anyone on their roster last year, as well as the vet minimum worthy Wilson. Pittsburgh can more than afford to pick up his option. What I don't get is the reporting I now see that he is not in a QB competition. If that's the case, why make the deal at all?
  19. Agreed, but as much as I hated the Russel Wilson move this is a great deal for Pittsburgh. Hopefully Fields doesn't put it together and add to the AFC qb gauntlet
  20. True but I'm not a fan of the Russell Wilson bridge idea. Regardless, Pickett having 13(!) career TD's in 25 games is laughably bad so Russ can't be any worse
  21. Don't quite understand the hate for Neal. It's obviously not a huge loss that we can't overcome, but he was a good role player for the Bills for 6 years 🤷
